This was a fun game apart from the controls, clicking with the mouse makes it hard to move to right spot in advance. I'm sure it works great with touch screens, but with a computer it would be good to have an option to move with the arrow keys, or let the board hover and follow the mouse without the need to click. Also, it seems you lose a life even if there are still balls on the screen (after getting the extra balls power-up), which I'm guessing is a bug? Usually that kind of a power-up is a benefit to pick up, it doesn't make the game harder! I'd like to play this through, but these two things kind of bring down the enjoyment level a bit. Keep working on it!

Thanks for your comment, I must say it was a vercion that serve to android and web, but seeing it so I think necesirate change the interface to suit more to play on PC

Hmm, 24 seconds on my second attempt. Not too bad I guess! I'd be more motivated to play again if there was some kind of reward for it, like medals or a scoreboard, or at least a 'Congrats! You lasted __ seconds!' message.. It's a nice idea, so keep working on it! Sound effects/music would also enhance the experience.

Yeah, thanks for the feedback! :D ...actually, I was thinking of something like highscore table, but just among friends on facebook or something like this ...and a hand clapping sound, oh yeah!

Haha, whgat a sick and brutal game, a main character who performs all sorts of twisted rituals on the vicious foes. seems like a fun and regular-paced arcade brawler, with the occasional combo attack upgrade, easy to learn fighting controls, and a not-so-important but still fun-to-follow plot mixed in. Nice work!

Glad you liked it and thanks for the cool review! :)

Another good set of mazes! These games are all a lot of fun, but it still feels like therre's really not that much news to each one, not that many levels. A set of say... 40-50 levels, now that would be a challenge to pass through. Looking forward to the next one though, keep it up!

thanks!

Oh man, another creatively crazy game! Whereas the bagel/sandwich game was family-friendly in its craziness, this one is just bizarre, but still.... a lot of fun! It starts getting a bit annoyingly fast after 100 points, but it's a rewarding challenge. I recall a game like this where you're moving upwards on a real shitstream, eating chili and stuff, but this was a bit different. Nice work!

It's out already! :) I'd have liked to play this, but it doesn't seem to work. On the 'Choose a level' screen I've tried clicking around, pressing all kinds of buttons (all the ones in the instructions) but nothing happens. I also don't see the mouse, or any highlights on a level being selected, so it's hard to see if anything's really happening. When I click, I do hear a gunshot, but that's all, I can't get past the level menu! A couple of issues before that:

- I get a 'Complete' message even though there's no mention it's been loading.
- Title screen only reads 'Dead.

It sounds good, but so far it seems way too buggy. Shouldn't you test and get rid of bugs before submitting? Looking forward to them all getting fixed!

none of those bugs showed up when i played it. i'll look into it, however.

I like the fact that you can actually use your own MP3 in this, that's a pretty neat feature. As for the game itself, it was kind of confusing from the start, and there were no instructions anywhere, only controls. Is everybody already expected to know what to do in a game like this? Dodging the projectiles was an odd task since it looks like you're getting hit all the time even if you're not, but apart from that it's a fun game. Keep it going!

Thank you so much for playing and feedback!

"Dodging the projectiles was an odd task since it looks like you're getting hit all the time even if you're not"
- If there is a problem like this I have to fix it as soon as possible because It crush all the values of a bullet hell game. I'm sure will throw away and never play any bullet hell game if it has bad hit detection. But I don't get this problem, I was very careful of choosing the size of hitbox and collision detection, the truth I believe is players even won't get hit if it seems so. The real hitbox is even smaller than the display one, much smaller. Maybe because the bullets move so fast and for players whom don't have experiments with true danmaku / bullet genre, it may be odd to follow the motions and it make you have a wrong feeling of the position of bullets. May I'm wrong and just trying to avoid my fails but I really think that I did nothing wrong with the hit detection as it is quite perfect for a flash bullet hell. :(

- My favorite games always start like this, I start to play them without any instruction even that they have complexer control and gameplay. Classic games, for example Mario, are the same too! I was playing all of them for a long time and so I didn't realize that other players will need cleaner instructions than just the control, same as the difficulty. So this is my fail. Thank you so much for remind me.

Thank you again! XD

(Now I'm thinking about it, the classic Mario didn't have any instruction to let players know they can head hit the blocks. :C )

I like the style of silhouettes and background color, but this game is confusing. What am I supposed to do? After flying around for a while, attempting to interact with some of the people, to help the cat, or ride into the noose, or rest on the bed... nothing happens. Is it an endless voyage? It's an interesting game, but it seems I'm lost without motive. Keep it going though!

jacklehamster responds:

I guess I should mention that you can interact with people.

Simple fun! I'd say this could use some instruction, but it doesn't take more than a couple of failed attempts to realize you can grow big to avoid the walls (or is supposed to look like the bird is flying beside the walls, nearer the player?). It took a while to get the good ending too, but I made it! Feels like I deserve more than a 'Thanks for Playing' message though, some kind of animation maybe? But it was a fun game, the pixel style looks good, the sounds effects are simple, controls easy, nice work!

omaromeir responds:

First of all, I always appreciate when you come by and comment CD!
Secondly I will take your words into consideration if I ever improve the game. Yes it's meant to show the bird moving closer to the player (something I realize I should've made clearer) :'3.
I'm sorry about the reward, I wanted to do more but I didn't have time. I added the medal though :p.
