lmao, what a bizarre concept for a game, a tiny part disturbing, most parts entertaining! Fo shitzle. Graphics are really the only thing that could be potentially improved, fancier/more consistent typography for some of interface text, stuff like that. Also bit difficult dialog to hear in that introduction, so much echo. In terms of gameplay and entertainment value it's mile high though, nice work!

I'm glad you enjoyed the game! Thanks for the feedback :). For my next game I am going to improve on the graphics and sound design. Thanks again for the review!

Nice cars! Oldskool sceneries! Trails of grass and elements rather than the regular road dust! Love vehicle physic games like this, and this one definitely had a new take on it. Now if there only were some (NG API) medals to merit completion I wouldn't be missing a thing. ;) Great work!

ImpishMouse responds:

Thank you! Medals appear in a short time.

A fun finale to this adventurous saga! Bet that guy's going to look differently at insects and animals from now on. :P Good game.

Thanks, Glad you liked it!

Too addicting... but also too time-consuming! A few gameplays and entertaining experiences (First Aid Kit! U had no idea what to do with the things inside - so U ate the gauze. lmao) later I'm still no closer to winning when I started. Discovering that you could distribute the Power Ups! as stat points was a neat revelation though, and once attack increases it gets much easier to beat the bad guys, even if they have this unfair advantage that even if you don't even tough them - you still suffer damage! I love the idea, but I wish it didn't take so long to... get nowhere. With a smaller board or fewer 'items' to grab I'm thinking it could be more fun. Nice work though! Also, nice idea with that sound check gadget with links to all downloadable samples, fun little detail!

Glad you enjoyed the game, despite it's unfairness. I know it's frustrating when games make you spend relatively - large amounts of time only to flip the table.

Haha, gotta love that booming voice in the background! It's a pretty basic fight, but good fun, intro cutscene and everything. Though could there be some... reference here I'm missing? Keep it going!

Haha great! Always nice to get a comment from CD :)

Not a bad runner game! I like that you can toggle your speed too, good to slow down before certain uncertain obstacles, or speed up for a high-score. Music feels a bit ambient for a runner game though, where you run, you know? :P Feels like music for a stroll/RPG type game. Anyway, the part of the game I like less is how your progress seems to be determined entirely by luck. Eventually a ghost and a creeper, or two, all appear in a group where it's just not possible to jump over them.... so getting to 10k feels pretty difficult. I do like that it's not one of those endless runners though, doesn't take so long to get a high score that you're not motivated enough to try again, at least a few times. Nice work!

Kandonian responds:

The music is just Minecraft music but in the future I'd love to get some music made for the game. As for the luck factor, I am looking into making it so that it wont do that if possible. The 10k Medal is going to change to 5k soon which is more possible once I add in the less luck based system.

Thanks for the feedback though!

I got em all! :D Didn't think I ever would since last time it seemed like an impossible task, reached a dead end with one of the latter levels and there it stopped... but all of a sudden I can SEE the patterns, I can find the paths even before I navigate them, I can avoid the treacherous loops and water pools with just a little forethought!! Or maybe I just got an easier set of levels, who knows. I assume the levels aren't actually random btw, but selected randomly from a set? If they really are random it'd be an incredible AI! Great game.

Zanzlanz responds:

Haha no they are completely randomly generated :) They're always different each time anyone plays. It generates later levels while you play so you never see a loading screen. <3

But hey man, amazing job beating the game! You rock! And yes, eventually you start being able to visualize all the routes and it almost becomes a strategic endeavor! :D

One medal for minutes... seems excessive! :O Though dodging isn't as difficult as it seems at first, it's still so easy to make a mistake in such a large span of time, wish there was a longer ladder of easier rewards before that final hellish win. As a game it was good fun, simple and challenging but... pretty monotone! The bullets vary, but the room stays the same. No transitions. No upgrades. No secondary motive like: power-ups or points to collect... feels there could be more here!

Unkn0wnOrigin responds:

The reason why I didn't implement upgrades or power-ups is because I wanted this game to be a simple one. One where the player has to rely on his/her skill alone. I see what you said about the medal and I'm definetly going to sort that problem out! Thanks for the feedback!

Another quest to a remote monster in the miniature world! Felt a bit more straight-forward this time, also the 'Top of the Mountain' medal unlocked at the start of the game... I suppose it's not supposed to unlock at that point? (though I did climb to the top eventually, so it was well-merited! ;) Looking forward to the next segment!

Thanks a bunch, the medal has been fixed. :)
