GDevelop hmm... might be the first time I hear of this particular app! Interesting. Seems you can develop interesting things with this, even if the start menu froze a bit for me before it loaded (looked like it had bugged out entirely, and the sounds kept playing even though the text didn't change). Once you start though: not bad!

I wish there was a way to tilt the bike to better balance it when you're on a jump, but at the same time the lack of control does add to the challenge. If it stays this way though, it'd be good with at least checkpoints thorough the level, for example when you switch color, so you don't need to start from the start each time. It's a looong way after all...

Also: music's pretty loud compared to the sound effects! Overall a fun game, but a little more balancing would be good. Tilt + checkpoints would be perfect for fun, but checkpoints only for challenge. I like the simplistic style, even if some bits (like the clouds) seem a bit oddly placed. Keep up the good work! Love bike games like these btw, just used to a bit easier control.

It was movement filled with pleasure to hear from you.
start menu, actually I did set a timer of 15 sec after which menu will load
you are completely right about balancing
actually I added rotations in 2nd version only, as in 1st version we were to rely only on speed.

in new version, i will be working lot more on balancing bike and you will get to see checkpoints soon as well

Well that was fun. :) And aggravating... all at the same time. I love the good groove, the atmosphere and the simple tapping approach but... Flappy games are HARD! I think not knowing how long it's going to take to get to the end doesn't give me the motivation to really go for it... but good thing there was a quickly attainable medal for partial reward, at least. :) Merry Belated Christmas!

Hey same to you! And happy new year!

The level is actually pretty small, if you get around 44 points you are in the middle of the map, the last sections just has a ton of gifts to accumulate score.

Well this was definitely one of the hardest spot-the-differences games I've played up till this date! But I did like it... challenging but doable, and as always fun drawings to look at. Good game.

Aaand one for Quake as well! :D Not bad. I feel like both creatures and text here are a bit hard to see though, with the creatures the white outlines give the impression they're either scaled down or not really cut out properly... and the text... well maybe it's just naturally fuzzy, but feels like it could've been sharper. Maybe a little higher screen resolution would've done the trick. Solid work with the selection though! It's massive.

A real comprehensive and grimy set of sounds in this one. :D Love it.

Ah it's a classic! :D To think I hadn't stumbled upon this one back in the day, or searched for it since! Really cool you're still making these, and as for the game itself: it still holds! Sound quality's good, the layout's easy to understand, the selections solid too... thinking a little more responsive buttons might've been cool but overall this is a pretty awesome homage to a... pretty awesome game I'd say but I didn't even know there was a board game until now. Seems interesting. Also, curious: does that email still work there...?

Didn't know there was a remake on route! Classy soundboard work here. Been too long since I saw one of these.

Thanks! Check out my DOOM Soundboard!

Been way too long since the last official, medal-bestowing NG Advent calender! :D Will definitely be tuning in to this one every day I remember to do so... though hopefully medals not earned this year will still be available on future Decembers? Having each new gift appear just one at a time, and being able to really walk around a bit before you open them really adds to the interactivity level here. It feels like a small little world. Looking forward to see what things are added and improved as time goes, and of course: what presents may be waiting for us...

Was thinking it'd be cool with some little easter egg if you venture behind the tree, or follow the footprints back to the edge of the screen, or try to throw a snowball at the little bunker, or interact with the dudes, or open the wrong gift (tried to do all those things but alas, nothing), or do something crazy like just walking around for a whole hour (well now maybe that one's overkill). Maybe some of these might pop up before the year's over though. :) Fingers crossed. Assuming I'll have to adjust this score with time...

So far: really cool initiative. Going to be fun counting down!

The medals will be unlockable for future years yep.

And don't tell anyone but there is gonna be some spicy stuff comin up

BrandyBuizel responds:

super spicy, like read your mind and already be four steps ahead spicy. Hope to do more community interactivity stuff like this(but in cooler ways) in the future if the API allows

Well this was a nice idea for a game! Should've played something like it before but I'm not sure I have. The amount of items isn't excessive, but good, and the ability to scale and use multiple of each one is nice too. Only thing I would've really liked to have is a Design Objects panel that doesn't close entirely, so you don't have to click the button with each new thing. Maybe one that slides to the side when you leave it, and opens up in full when you move to the side again? Overall: nice game.

I guess that's why those birds died out, huh. :) Dubious flying ability and just so much in their way... took a while for the pillars to appear, and the mechanics are still notoriously hard considering the flapping motion, but otherwise it is a smooth game in classic Flappy Bird style. The genre's been done a lot, but not this particular bird I think... not bad. Do like the visuals too.
