Laughter rates would probably increase drastically had I played the game. Entertaining little short though!

WooleyWorld responds:

Aww.... it's a classic.

Not sure what's really going on here, what purpose the ball has or what happens to that one purple dude... watched it a couple times in an attempt to figure out but... I'm lost. Hint? Animation's smooth though, and feelgood background music too, seems like a nice animation for Mother's Day if only... it made sense. ;)

ThomasCastle responds:

Yeah it was really no meaning to it, if you piece it together ' The zombie wanted to play with the ball, unable to do so because he had no limbs, then a mouse came and wanted to play and it made his day' but it is what you want thank you very much for viewing!

An inspiring preview of things to come! Serene sceneries, masterful melodies ands what seems like the premises for a grand adventure. Do hope this amounts to a full feature! And that Google Earth thing was a fun little detail. :) Good luck; looking forward to the real thing!

aggimajera responds:

Glad you like the video and the fun little Earth thing! I thought that'd be fun for folks to explore a little bit and see that there's majestic landscapes right here in our backyard.
And the melodies are thanks to the excellent composers attached to the project. Give them a look sometime! Thanks for watching, and I hope someday more can come of this concept!

In the end.. looks like the light's what kept the shadow at bay, not really the portrait? Animation's good, but the sequence of events doesn't feel like the clearest path possible, and the music, at times it feels like it phases in at random, not always with the best effect, shifting from one style to another. It's effectual, but a bit much somehow. Overall, nice animation!

redcapkid16 responds:

Well the story was kind of rushed since I really did not have 100% say of the story (this was a class assignment I did in school). Next film I will be able to have more to say.

So... that's why there are no Mickey Mouse cartoons nowadays? If that's the joke, I feel like it could've been better presented. If that's not it, then I'm not getting it. If it's not a joke... I can't really see the point! Animation and voicing is both good btw.

FapioIII responds:

Well no more Mickey Mouse cartoons from me anyways and thanks man I actually thought that my voice over was rather subpar.

A rythmical masterpiece! Such melodical fun! So colorful and catchy! Even just playing the animation in loop's a real experience, so wondering how it'd be playing the game hmm. Nice work.

CaseyAnimates responds:

Thanks man, always glad to hear from you! If I was better at coding, you'd be getting a game of it, but the most I know is how to make a play and pause button. Maybe someday. Thanks for the review!

Ten thousand days!! The force is strong with that one. Overall twas a melodically entertaining short, complete with finishing punchline pun, nicely animated and voiced, and I don't think I've seen any animations on this topic either, despite numerous threads about it, so it's about time! How long do you plan to keep going with thiseth 'NoFap' challenge yourself though? Seems like a useful test of will; garnering of extra life force to a certain extent, but... two months! O_o Impressive.

Blordow responds:

I plan on going for as long as I can. I want to get to a certain point in life where I feel like I can do anything. Cheers!

Ooh I remember this one! Wish the other one was still online so I could go back and compare and really see the differences (could change the name on that to something like 'The Monster (Original)'... maybe? But it does feel improved! The darkness is more perceptible this time around, I imagine there's more sound; atmosphere, and the monster jumping into the girl at the end... feels like it ended differently last time, though I can't remember how? Overall looks good!

I wish I had not deleted the old one, but did not want to have both versions at the same time I had to do it that way , and if it just slightly different , thanks for noticing friend .

lol, the Avengers need to work a bit more on that team work it seems! Bit abrutply cut in audio clips from the movie, but the animation's great. Fun stuff!

Thanks man :)

My dreams, man, my dreams! :O Surfing through a landscape made out of only delicious edibles, being able to eat as much as you possibly want without feeling full, just gluttonously gliding on a lake of frozen Grapefruit juice... is never going to be the same again! But anyway, this was masterfully made, a gritty trip through a world of fuel and fat and wannabe willpower. I was starting to ponder what potential metaphors were stored in that microwave meal when... he opens it up and all that shizznit falls out of there! Suddenly it seems like it's more about the random factor than a message, though the artist statement does tell it's not so! Might've been more effectual a statement if he just opened the microwave and ate that bun, and then: The End. Well, it was good, entertaining, though-provoking and strange, and I do agree, we are what we eat. Nice work.

LightningLion responds:

Thanks, cd.
What I was trying to get at with the ending was a more literal pun of our "microwave culture" creating and spewing out all of this post-waste. I still think your proposed ending would have kept to the 'you are what you eat' and health aspects better; I was trying to find a balance between only focusing on those aspects, and being more inclusive of other related aspects of our culture.
