Awesome experiment! It's not like the traditional FBF animations out there, not only in how the color's a choice of the user, but in how there's plenty of tweens and transitions mixed in, and I'm unsure if some of these effects are programmed particle effects or if it's all frame by frame? Also wondering, to use these different colors, is only the background color changed, and everything else is black? And is it changed through actionscript or is each color a seperate sequence of frames? That'd be interesting to know, overall this was a fun experience, varied, long, with ambient music and empowering motion, full of force. Keep it going!

Thank you! Everything's made with Flash. The particles were done frame by frame (which was a very fun experience for me ). Initially, everything would be black and white. I then placed a colored movie clip on top of everything and gave it a blend mode of Multiply which pretty much turns everything white into the color of the movieclip.

Surely a lot's going to go wrong... looking forward to those magic lessons!

Another good episode, and the start of what seems to be a pretty entertaining story. The switch from serious to comical was pretty quick at the start, a devastating plague is spreading... time to gather supplies! :D Smooth animation, good voicing, a bit unbalanced drawings (like how that one potion vial looks awesome... I wonder why that one vial is so incredulously detailed?), but the lack of detail's always been one of the strengths with this series: allows for a larger story. Keep it going!

thanks for the review. and yeah i did spend a lot of time on that one potion vial lmao

The beginning reminds me a bit of Weebl's animation, same style of both graphics and accenting, smooth and aristocrastic. Wasn't expecting the end though, that random conversation seemed like the traditional batch of fun. So... how much did SpecSavers sponsor this for? :P Great work!

One million grand, a private continent and my very own space shuttle if you must know.
Thanks for the kind words!

lmao, took a while before the mature rating was merited. Nice sketches, nice mixture of regular animation and real imagery... even some videos in the mix, and a nice mixture of styles too, Some of the scenes are all but half-assed. Fun watch!

Thanks, homie!

Fluid FBF animation; plenty of creativity. Wonder why the creatures all die before morphing into the next one, but apart from that strange phenomena (it still looks pretty cool though) it's a fun evolutionary programme. Would be even more awesome if the scenery changed along with the critters. Keep it going!

Thanks cd :) Happy holidays!

So much laughter, lmao. Twas an entertaining sketch on some of the more sketchy characters of the superhero world. Great animation to back up the audio, simple yet perfectly synced, with some pretty fitting transitions. I think some things could use thinner outlines, like the background items where they're sitting, and maybe backgrounds for some of the other scenes. Anyway, keep it going!

I really appreciate the fully fleshed-out review. I chose thicker lines because they're easier to control and animate but they do limit the complexity a little, so they're good for amateurs like me. In my next animation I'll look into diminishing the thickness of my lines. Thank you very much for watching and commenting :D

Well that was... random. If there's something more than randomness to this, I'm not getting it! Animation is good though, and great preloader music.

Christmas is just the perfect season for a sadistical twist like this, simple idea, great animation. The fact that a present pummels down the chimney with such a blade makes you wonder about Santa... maybe he's really... Satan? O_o Nice work!

Comick responds:

Thanks man glad you liked it :) but I'm not so sure santa gave him that present hahaha

Oh, what a miserable and lonely life these creatures must lead, searching for friends and cures yet in the end only living to see their hopes and dreams go up in smoke as they violently explode like kegs of fireworks under the eternal cosmos! Great fakumentary, both narrative (yeah it does remind a bit of Salad Fingers!) and animation, though that miner seems stuck on that one mineral waaay too long. Keep it going!
