Hah, froggy fresh! :D You really have an interesting style of animation, seems like I recognize that it is you who makes the animation via the style rather than the username, which is real neat. Most artists nowadays seem to be going with the same one, that exaggeratedly cartoony and obvious, but this ones subtle and creative all the same, with a dwarfed sort of form for each characters, and squiggly; rounded forms when possible. I did like the sound, both the ambiance and the symbolized lack of it, twas a fun trip!

Thank you CD, it's great to know the style of characters it's becoming recognizable :).

Oh, it's a prequel! I actually thought it was the other way around, that life after that 'incident' took a twist for the worst... now that you mention it, it all makes sense though. I think both animation and voice acting work great, though the animation isn't as artsy as it was in the first one, not with as clashing and abstract colors (I miss that a bit). I didn't recognize the dotted texture as comic emulation intent, but it did work well! Backgrounds too. I can't say I really pay attention to background audio, but if I don't notice it, that probably means it's good. White noise and unsuitable silence stands out easily. Nice work! This is almost becoming like a series now... I'm hoping there might be an end to this trilogy, a grand finale where all is made better! (even if that's made outside of NATA). Nice work!

I too really liked the coloring from the space flash. The earth's surface however, wasn't very great in its colors. I covered it up with gradients and I think that saved it. My animation received 65 points last time. Oryozema's was the 2nd best with 148 points I think? In an attempt to bridge the gap, I decided on an actual script, the use of voice actors (to prevent confusion like last time), and a different coloring approach (without changing the actual pallette). Once all of the linework was finished though, I figured each frame would take ages for me to color in photoshop, so I dropped that plan. Luckily so! The way it is now feels like a gradual transition into something new. Hence the credits, which were made to look like the first flash :)

Well that didn't go as expected! The who's right and wrong and good and bad certainly takes a twist towards the end, nice fluidity and detail in the animation, and it seems to work nicely without lip-sync too, though it's easier when some characters have their mouths hidden behind masks. Great work!

Cenaf responds:

Thanks. Yeah, i found out that cutting out lip sync has best time saving compared to quality loss. Yet that really would liven up some scenes.

Really nice stopmotion work this was! The music isn't the most dynamic, but it has a touch of antiquity to it, I love all the old items, the warm dimmed-light scenery, and of course seeing the puppets play their song. Stopmotion is a pretty admirable and time-consuming task. Nice work syncing everything together and making it look natural!

Thanks for the review!

Seeing regular animation accompanied by this music was a new experience, it's something I'd expect to see sprites for, but it works well! Really smoothly animated, and like you say it really is an entirely new perspective. Actually never played the game, but I recognize pixel sound when I hear it. :D Nice work!

Thanks for the comment, I recommend you play
the ninja gaiden 1 and 2 from Nes, Xbox an PS3 =D

The game sure seems to be full of weird stuff. I was wondering where the plot would be taking me, but as it turns out... it wasn't really going anywhere! It was simply exploring a distant world with some interesting differences from our own. Animation was real slick, voice acting good, music fitting, it was a fun trip!

artistunknown responds:

Trust me, this is pretty normal in the game. It's fun and has a lot of weird stuff ;3
Thanks for the review!

Woo, another great episode! The partnership seems to be going well, he's out chasing bad guys, she's having fun with the paperwork. :P Narrative, graphics, script... it's all good! Keep it going!

danmarkowitz responds:

Still going!

Haha, it's that meme I guess! The turtle shell and explosion parts were awesome, but it feels like that final face wasn't as impactful as it could've been! Red eyes aren't neccesarily evil, they're still pretty round and sparkly, not as intense as possible. Nice work though!

Shoocharu responds:

Thank you for your review. I know that the last bit wasn't as... "evil" as it could've been. But I was short on time, since I am busy with many projects at the moment. And if I had waited for too long, I would've grown bored of this video and never finished it. So I think it was better that I just hurried up the last bit.
But thanks.

lmao, sounds like you had a pretty eventful childhood! :D I actually saw an ad for something similar not too far back, but they were just marketing them as 'inflatable boxing gloves'... not half as creative as this was! Thanks for the entertainment!
