Is that really a cat?! O_o
Suitable imagery to go along with the sound tho.

Yeah that's my cat
Can't fulfill your requirements entirely but I promise I'll keep voting!!! Congrats man.
20 movies left until...? Was the goal Flash Flood May at the pace of two flashes a day all this time? Respect if so. You're really doing it.

120 movies in 60 days. 16 movies left
Really brought up the tension pretty well here! Simple but effectual graphics, and story-telling in a good tone... though feels like some more background noise might take it even further. A crackle of lightning, the sound of footsteps on wet ground as she runs, simple things like that. Considering the tone the woods also felt surprisingly bright, and the rain not so fierce after all... but they did add to the atmosphere anyway. Maybe her expressions and reactions were most important after all...
Was expecting more of a twist at the end, that she ran into the house of the attackers instead for example, but it's almost refreshing that it ends without one. A scary story told well, no more no less, no need for additional violence or disappointments...

Thanks for the great review Cyberdevil. I agree that more sound effects would help add more immersion into the story, that's very good advice. I think I'm going to try that with my future projects. Also ya, I thought about making a twist ending, but decided to leave it as happy instead. It's funny how these days it's almost a twist to not have a twist. I blame Disney!
What an ending. :) Wouldn't have minded another 45 episodes though...
The credits too. I miss the transition twist but this be good too.

maybe we should do a shitty movie half a decade later like el camino lol
Real tears in the audio too hmm... hopefully not a real scenario here depicted in cartoon form!
Was expecting eventual comedy but it really was sad all the way. Appreciative wordplay, but I kept expecting some kind of twist towards the end, something to light up the mood a bit, a full turn/reaction kind of thing... seems like he's even more distressed with how that's all the cat's thinking about, or just doesn't respond to it, or maybe that inner turmoil is a turn just waiting to happen... hope for the latter.
Would've been real nice with some kind of conclusion though.

Thanks so much for your review my friend. Sometimes in life there is no happy or sad ending but just living moment to moment to the best of our ability which is what I wanted to capture in this animation. The story and real tears were shed inspired from my wife's story of how she survived her tragic childhood and suicidal thoughts by reminding herself that there would be no one to feed her cat if she died.
Never thought I'd see the day... Tricky speaks!!! Don't think this ever happened before...
-cd-
idk if it is canon
Broccoli... tree... clock gets the money...? Didn't really catch the ending, but prior to that: good stuff. Dramatic music cues and all. Appreciate the details. Flies. Dramatic sound effects too. Dried blood splatter.
Was expecting there to be some kind of battle over all that $$$ at the end though...

yeah Tree Clock
lmao. XD The timing between the scenes is just perfect... expressive animation too. Thoroughly enjoyed this.

Thank you for that amazing feedback really appreciate it! :D
Haha ah, unexpected twist on that classic. XD Was thinking it might've gone the other way there, that the human learned to speak dog instead... good stuff though. Creative style. Good pace - not as rushed as so much seems these days. Wonder how things went after the end of this animation hmm...

Haha having the owner suddenly bark would have been pretty funny as well! Thanks for the review my man! :)
