Nice

A good battle between vicious foes! The effects are flashy and the sprites are good quality ones as well. Fighting is varied and equal, as is expected for so similar enemies, but without any sound effects at all it doesn't give the same suspense that it could have given. Keep it going!

Yeah, everytime I added a freakin sounds to it, it would lag horribly

Haha

The epic battle rages on, two equal nemesis, really shows in the style of fighting too. I like the music, and the sprites are wellmoved as well, only thing that's missing is the sound effects, it just feels really empty without them, and it looks like the filesize really could have been optimized some as well, this doesn't need to take up more than one or two MBs, max. Would shorten strain and loadtime a lot, anyhow, keep it going!

Thanks, I ll keep trying!

Pretty Good!

This one is actually better than a few of your later ones, seems like you really spent good time on your first real attempt. The voice acting fits in nicely and the animations are all welltimed. All that's missing is background music, otherwise everything needed is init, and it's not too short either, keep it up!

mortis5000 responds:

Yeah, it really didn't receive the exposure I was hoping for

Groovy!

Woo, just like a game, I like how the background zooms into place at the beginning, and the way the health fills up and everything it looks just like a game. Great graphical quality, lots of variation, and welltimed sounds for everything, nothing I can complain about, just keep these coming!

mortis5000 responds:

I thought I would vary it up consider I never incorporated lifebars into my animations!

Goody!

Another nice battle animation! Menu looks much more spiffy than in many of your older submissions as well, and I love the fastpaced moody music. Would be nice with highlight effects or something on the buttons. As for the battle, it's nice, I like the black and white intro, and the Bleach music fits in nicely I suppose. Backgrounds are living in this, the zooms are all done nicely and everything progresses at a fast pace. More detailed closeups would be nice, but I know that's nothing that can be asked of the sprites, heh, keep it going!

mortis5000 responds:

Thanks...Im actually thinking about doing more close ups...I have to clean the sprites up so well that major zooming wouldn't make there faces all pixelated

Hahaaa

lmao, this is pretty hillarious, the style of characters included just adds to the comedy, their shape and texture, concept is a great one and it's easy to follow the plot all the way through, very nicely portrayed, keep up the great work!

Thank you! Glad you liked it. The style is one I've had for a while now and I'm working on revamping it a little. There's plenty of good stuff coming your way, just you wait!

Hah

A pretty intense and brutal movie this is, not too much gore involved, but still a nice obliterating animation, lots of sprites, lots of effects, lots of motion. Nice seeing such a twist with Mario as well, keep it going!

First time I read the title I read "Mark of Beuty" so I was a bit suprised when the animation kicked in, anyhow, it was real good. Concept in itself is a great one, the animation is smooth and everything progresses at a good rate. I'll be looking forward to the next one in the series! Keep it up!

hah hah, yeah, definitely not a mark of beauty! Glad you enjoyed it and everything will run much much smoother upon launch of Episode 2 of course and we really hope you'll come find out what happens! See you then!

Great!

A victiorious finalé for this great animational trilogy! The flashy falling that started it all really made me laugh, such a simple and silent comedical moment, and then the action starts! Varried array of effects, actions and ragdollish motions, though the sticks seem a bit stiff at times, overall it was great watching, keep it going!

KobraEditing responds:

Well it seems I impress you more each time...good

Great!

Overall animations look much cleaner in this part of the animation than they did in the last one, effects are realistic I suppose (though the outcomes aren't) and the battle flows on nicely. Can't get enough of violent stick battles like this, keep it going!
