Hmm, seemed like a thoughtful contemplation at first, made sense, was enjoying the edgily ambient style of animation, but when it zooms out and reveals the background cemetary I start to wonder... what does that mean? Is that a visual representation of everyone he's lost? Is it an actual cemetary, in which case it'd be odd if the main character does ask him? Could he be a ghost? Could one of those crazy theories, like him reliving the same day over and over... maybe hold some truth to it? Really boggles up the simplicism at the end there, but I like how it turns to afterthought! Nice work.

This comment is exactly what I was trying to achieve, almost word for word what I told myself I wanted to convey, I think this comment makes this short my most successful ever.

Seems like there are more phobias mixed in herre, fear of not being able to move, fear of drowning... it's a pretty dark animation, albeit with that beautiful scene right after. The way he wakes up again, I guess he's not actually in a tiny cubicle, just crazy. The expression doesn't seem the most despairful, but the voice does, nice work!

Yeah the first thing I'll fix is the expression. Also I can dig your interpretation of the ending.

Thank you for watching. :)

Hah, cute... with a brutal twist! I recognize the Pikmin's, but those other spacesuit people, are they in the same game? Never played it myself, guess all other movies may be just referencing the more notable pluckable picks. Nice animation!

Thanks! Yeah, the characters are from the third installation in the franchise. It's a pretty cool game and a must buy for any Wii U owner, in my opinion. :)

lol, a short with a (slightly uncertain) moral! And of course the mom's timing is just impecable, right after he'd have supposedly cleared his history (but didn't really). Nice one.

Omg, I see you all over NG, and was wondering if you ever review my stuff... Well I guess my dream came true.

lmao, that hand at thje end! XD A somewhat more brutal episode than the newer ones, seeing the characters in a new light slightly more twisted light here, but the music's as great as ever! The bean backgrounds on the bean text was a pretty neat detail too, and the owl, and plenty of other fun packed into each one of these episodes, appreciate the uploads of old too! Didn't realize they're being submitted in reverse order until this one. Great work!

Thanks again for the feedback cd. Glad you are enjoying the series!

Awesomely smooth animation! Everything creatively drawn too, colors feel swampy and saturated, like a blend of its own. And the voice acting's great, not just the voice acting itself but how it's included, to make some sounds seem at a distance, some sounds seem close, really professional processing compared to most other animations. Looking forward to the next one!

Blordow responds:

Thanks so much man! I take great pride in the little details and in my sound work, making sure each shot had the appropriate sound relative to where the characters were situated, etc. I appreciate the feedback!

Strange how it's these little, probably completely useless, tidibts of wisdom that are the easiest to remember! XD Entertaining little selection of things I did indeed not know, looking forward to the next one!

Thanks! :)

lmao, imagine a world where everything was the opposite of how it is now, where everyone wanted the opposite things, like a parralel antonym world! Could make an entire series of stuff like this, with potentially less brutal ending scenes. :P In a weird way... everything work out for the best! Nice work!

CyanSandwich responds:

Interesting idea. Thanks for the review!

Inspiring music for that intro! For a while I thought it'd be more of a musical/music video than an episode. I guess I should see the previous ones to fully understand the scenario, but it was entertaining all the way, and the dialog... seems to be in at least three different languages? Wasn't expecting that! :O

Subtitles are definitely appreciated, though it's a bit strange reading the subtitles on top of the screen, it's like when you focus on the upper part you view the 'image' above the text, so you're missing a bit of the animation below. Maybe that's just a heavily ingrained habit though. Animation's great, overall: nice work!

not three, but four. Indonesia, English, Arabic, and France.
I will try to make the animation better, thanks for watch my anims :)

Not sure I can guess about a single detail here... it's pretty abstract! I love the mood it sets though, the dark and light, the tribal music, the choppy stopmotion and sound of water, it almost gets you in a trance while watching. Only part that felt a bit rushed/simple is the animated splatter when he rushes towards the camera. Otherwise I really enjoyed it! Nice work!
