Ludum Dare always sparks some of the most creative games! I love the ambient exploration background of this, and the oldskool and neatly designed Pixel graphics. Even if it's post-jam it looks a lot of time went into the graphics. Controls are slick, the area's surprisingly large, with scattered puzzles and obstacles lying around forcing you back and forth. It's a fun game, and the best part of it's the setting, like a mix of Knytt and Save Story. Great work!

A game with a message! The controls are a bit odd to get used to (why not have a regular menu/buttons in addition to keyboard shortcuts?), and the dolphin movement's a bit stiff, but the game itself isn't bad. The idea's unique and staying out of harms way is a balanced challenge. Guess it wouldn't be the same without the long time it takes to turn, you really need to plan a route. Keep it going!

Thanks for your review. I agree the control are a bit odd, but I kind of like it that way. The dolphin is indeed a bit stiff and i am not liking the rotating point.
I am working on improving these on the sequel, and for sure the dolphin would be less stiff then. I've got the animation ready for this. Hope to see you for the sequel.

A simple; fun physics game! Graphics are good, music's funky, levels are varied and progressively more and more strategic. I wouldn't mind some attainable medals in these games, but either way it's good fun. Keep it going!

Brutal entertainment! The gibs are awesome animated, the interface flashy and filmographic, the game idea's great. Makes me think of the games showcased at the end of Shaun of the Dead... possible inspiration behind this? Either way it was great fun,, keep it going!

Really fun and simple game. Just one level, but it's one you can play many times and it remains entertaining. The graphics are slick, the controls simple and refined, the birds make up the background music... and the gameplay idea is like a natural basic, it's a real down-to-Earth type of game. One thing I'm really missing though is: highscores! And it seems like the wrong season too, but that's just my side of the world... nice work!

This was a ton of fun, and not too long to complete either. Wish there were more games like this! Spent like five minutes just looking for the fifth one, systematically scanned the entire area but still had to resort to that profile pic eventually. Aaanyway it's all good, simple entertainment, nice work!

Not bad! Twas a fun quest, though the levels don't really progress in difficulty. I actually felt the first and last were the most difficult, some of the others were almost too easy. The controls were smooth, but it's a bit annoying how you 'die' if you jump too high or go to the left at the start of the level. Also annoying that a page pops up every time you save, interupting the game play. How about autosaves for each new level instead? That'd be a lot easier.Tiles look good; music's good, and the story's OK. Looking forward to the sequel!

I can't really find a way to show a save success without smacking half an MB into the game that's already 19.5 MB. Thanks for the nice rating!

Haha, nice. The controls aren't as impossible as they are in most of these games, the graphics slick and crazy at the same time. A Flappy-themed sports game... it works! Surprised nobody's done something like this where the players a ball and the pipelines are goals... or something. Nice work!

This was more fun than I thought it'd be. It's a simple concept but an addicting one too, and the lack of upgrades and all that jazz is pretty refreshing. Just fight and let the luck guide you. There's also some strategy to the battle, like in how you could save the magic till the end if you are both low on life and you need to deal some extra damage at once. Of course the ability to hit is based on luck too so as are all the attack or heal values up till that point so maybe there is no potential for strategy after all! :P Had dun with it though. But, as for the alpha in the credits... I just can't seem to find the credits! Could they have been baked into that turoail that I kinda just skimmed through? Nice game.

Yay someone finally gets it! Everything you said is what I was going for. Thank you so much for the thorough review. The credits are at the bottom of the title screen, btw :)
