So chill and wholesome. Love it.

Thanks for checking it out :)

The interview nobody knew they were missing, but here it is, finally! :D Good to see you're still out there Static. Delving into heavy music but no longer heavy crime. Albeit pretty much all it seems accidental. Hopefully. Not sure I'll be checking out those recommendations now but I did listen to Belphegor for a while, nothing like a little satanic death metal to cheer you up when you're in a low... Don't really have the aggravation required to enjoy that kind of music these days though.

Signing that petition most def anyway, and cheers on making this happen! Recording a podcast via a guitar amp too: that's pretty metal. StaticSkull seems like a pretty metal dude these days!!! Hope you get some healthcare.

And DSB's still around. ;) Anyone shouts him out he just might appear somewhere...

Aaand I've finally caught up with these! Another interesting listening session, and playing a couple tracks for the listeners along with the talk was a nice way to combine the two too, and get a feel for the artists included. Kinda wish the music could've played by itself though, elaborations later, for maximum audial appreciation. ;)

Anyway I'll definitely be checking out some of your music after this. ForgottenDawn sounds familiar but I'm not sure I've heard any of your stuff before... if I did leave a review back in the day though pardon my short-term memory. Cheers in being around all this time, and glad you found your way here too KawaiSprite! Better five years late than never.

Can't praise NG enough as the ancient, ever creative, resiliant, review evoking bridge that it is between Independent and mainstream! Ain't nothing like it.

Looking forward to the next pod.

Dude! Congrats on getting caught up! Reading through your comments and your journey through listening to all of these has been a delight. Thanks for your support!

Have you been to Sweden yet @Luis ? Meetup potential if no!

Wish y'all had talked more about long--standing contributions in art and animation, the iconic ones like the early Till Death Do Us Part and such. Backstories. Software evolution. A little more technical. Stories from the office maybe. A little more personal.

But it was great to listen in. Props ZJ. Good talk. And accordion lol. I haven't been paying attention to those credit roles enough...

Art... by Snackers? In a podcast? How is this possible? O_o That song was great btw.

And what a blast to the past this was! I miss that layout but... it is starting to look a bit thin now, looking back. Didn't think I'd ever see a day when the new one would actually look slicker, but times really do change. Love the concept as much as the production of this, score and total immersion, twas a fun ride to jump along in. Belated though my partaking may be. Gonna bookmark and dig through that nostalgia list too. Maybe some things I missed. Thanks PG! And ACOCK for entertaining company, as always! Also: supporting that Wayback on a yearly basis lately. The world would be sooo different without them.

I must say though, if you're looking for the real heyday of NG y'all better jump back to 2007. ;) That was when it was really at it's peak I feel. New users were storming the place. The redesign had just happened. Flash was more popular than ever. So much was going on. But maybe my memory's biased.

Congrats on the 10, and looking forward to the 20th! Maybe y'all can jump back and reminisce on 2019 then. :P

All these legends in the same room!!!

This was great. Honestly wouldn't mind a roundtable like this going on for a couple hours or so either. I've been tuning into the Joe Rogen podcasts lately and realizing, to my surprise, that such seemingly incredibly long durations of time fly by unbelievably quickly when you're listening to entertaining and/or passionate people speak on a topic that interests you. In this case all those things apply; it felt almost all too short!

And those collabs seem insane. Even smaller ones always seem to run into complications, if naught else than always with people never getting their stuff done on time, but y'all are working on a whole other level here... seems like the big challenge is keeping it interactive too. If you just manage and export everything in chunks, then put them together via video editor of choice, it'd all be so easy. Goes to show why NG's one step above all those plain usual YT-like sites.

Was pretty sure I'd left a review on this already, but I guess I'll do so now. Was a pleasure to listen to! Fun and inspiring, and a lot of info on the VA path along the way. Though the ending really came on abruptly, no questions or thanks, just one impression and then... that was it. Nice impression though. XD Didn't come across so loud here. Assume: good editing.

Aww, thanks so much!

Haha, man we did a LOT of talking, so couldn't blame him for trying to keep it under the hour! XD
So glad you enjoyed it though!!

Will responds:

You're totally right about the ending - I've made sure since to end episodes on a more concrete note. Thanks for all the good feedback!

Chutney told me to say Hi. ;) This is bumping though. The melody reminds me somewhat of that iconic first Resident Evil (movie) track), a little mysterious, intense, constantly moving like something's just about to happen, just about, just about... all with a pretty fresh droplet metal like tone. I like the vibe! Kind of wish it'd turn into something more towards the end, instead of just fade out, but overall: awesome.

Subtle, smooth and somewhat melancholy... really nice.

Learned so much VA stuff with this one. Shotgun mics too hmm. I settled on a dynamic one instead of a condenser for that reason (that reason being it wouldn't pick up unsuitable background noise, like computer buzz), but maybe this is even better... the price though. :O Serious investments.

Twas awesome to partake in this the great Tomamoto quest in this most suitable form (this form being sound), and to see that even after such success he remains such a humble dude. Still contributing to the NG. Still passionate. Good podcast yet again.
