[(DEMO) Killer RAT - Toaster Love]

Impressed with the instrumental bit, even if I miss some of the bridges with the former (definitely more manageable with this length though), but the vocal sounds kind of hazy! And not consistent in volume all the way through. The shouting bits sound good, the lo-fi sound works great there, but with the verses it's a bit distant, wonder if a mic upgrade would be necessary to get the same quality with both vocals and instruments or if it's maybe just all in the mixing/practice...

Definitely getting that punkrock sound otherwise. :D And the mixing has some depth/weight/bass to it too. Not bad.

Yeah. When I said finished I meant all the recording was finished, I won't record anymore on this track or take anything out at this point. Mixing is stillb eing worked on which is why this isn't on bandcamp or a CD yet lol. I'll make sure it's improved on every site where you can buy it but you can't buy it here so whatever. It's also to protect against piracy...sort of. It's basically like a, "yeah, if you dig into newgrounds code and take the MP3 or try to record this from the site, you'll get one that's not mixed as well as it can be and it will have no metadata."

You're the professional percussion glider Quarl! High sky survivor trier, deep diving flier with a mind for dubstep subgets!

The dubstep part of this really came in late, but I could listen to that piano all day, ambient in a strange and uplifting kind of way. Dig it. Solid beat too. Never mind a genre.

Nice rhymes Devil. Those piano melodies are just major arpeggios I've been rolling up and down on my piano. G flat major arpeggio, then a half step down into an F major. Nothing fancy but basics have a timelessness that just sound right :D

The DOOM + Mario 64 thing had me imagining the DOOM bit would be a bit more like the DOOM 64 soundtrack. :) Seems it's the intro from the new ones though... but I do love it. Eerie, shrieky, ferocious, steady, strange and wholesome... feels like this could be used for pretty much anything.

Nice homage to those classics too.

Moans groans and mmmmm!s on point. :) The more script-based bits though hmm... not totally convinced with all of 'em, but not bad. Likable audial lewdness.

There's probably a loooot of artists to work with if you choose this field too... intriguing.
