Devious dubstep design! That structural kind of chaos, sharp but not piercingly so, with plenty of breaks, and builds, and a soothing fade towards the end, makes me realize how much I missed the reverb initially...

Great drop; great progression. Production quality's maybe a little cloudy but it feels appreciative raw too, kick's a little repetitive in the second half but the dubstep keeps it fresh after all.

Pleasure listening to this. Great work.

thank you!! :)

Such a block of a waveform... you'd think it was nothing but loudness, but it actually was surprisingly audible, an awesomely aggressive saw-like synth and accompanying wobble, soft percussion and plenty of range...

I like how it breaks down after the half-minute mark too, and slowly starts building up towards that grand bad-ass banger pace beat once again - it's like the intro's smack dab in the midst of the madness!

Can definitely hear the fight in this. So much fight. And it ends just as quickly as it started - opposition wiped out utterly and entirely. A dark void filled with debris, a huge planet looming in the distance...

Thought it'd be a lot more repetitive the way the same melody loops over and over again, but it really wasn't. Fast-paced banger all the way through. Walk in tired: walk out new.

You just jump right into it! :D I love the energy. Great pace. Great synergy and sound, plenty of layers, pace shifts, a nice mixture of slow and fast layers - ferocious beats, rhythmic riffs and calming strings that fade in and out occasionally - a little added insanity further along the line too... Icelandish shout-like vocals too - would've been cool with more of those - I think we just get them on two occasions, one once and then three times right at the end...

Seems like something that'd work well in a game too! Boss battle style.

Good stuff.

Lo-fi, rich and smooth... it's a good groove. Doesn't change much but keeps it spiffy with the chops, and has a warm tone to it. Good samples too. Would be a great beat for a rap, though might be good with a little structure for hooks and/or bridge, as is it gets a little repetitive.

Keep it up!

Ahh the memories this brings back. :) Even though it's just been... like two months now huh...

It's not that long a track, but perfect for the credits roll, with an almost patriotic little solo towards the end, what a fanfare to end the year with.

Feels endearing! Happy Christmas times, with a beat that jingles, bright piano notes and a guitar that could've maybe sounded a bit softer, but has a suitable warmth too. Good mood.

Happy superbelated Tankmas!

Gritty and trippy, unconventional with both the metal tone and the House-like backing, but it works... I love the synth, brightens up the room a bit and goes surprisingly well with the heavy guitar! It builds too. Just gets better and better all the way through. Especially past the three minute mark the keys are so quick and enticing. Wish that part kept going longer.

JSYK this sounds great via speakers too. :) Just the right amount of bass, clear but rich sound image, though maybe the percussion specifically sounds a bit far back/thin.

This was an uplifting piece! Satisfyingly rhythmic, occasionally bright and overall heavy and awesomely grungy. Nice mixture; intricate work.

A friend off of NG? He should get an account here too. ;)

Sound quality's great here, felt like the tone was a little dull at first, heavy but a little constricted - wonder if the vocals usually help add an appreciable range with metal in particular, but I love it when the sharper guitar kicks in and we start getting high; more Van Halen-like combinations.

The end's pure bliss to me, but it takes a while for it to get there. Imagine this with song too hmm, would be next level! Great work on spiffing it up though. The sound design's great; the composition ain't bad either. Thought it'd be a bit repetitive initially, but before you know it you're totally immersed after all.

Thanks :D

So soulful, so smooth, a reverberating sound with vibrant brass in the background and lyricism with depth, though cryptic... I imagine a ship of slaves, sailing away, seeking freedom in an old world with little acceptance, notions of safe haven, harbor, and sailing away in the lyrics maybe lead me that way, and a voice that sounds like a portal to old and painful times... I may be totally off the trail; maybe this means something different entirely; maybe nothing at all; maybe whatever you want it to... but it's powerful.

The percussion seems to trip up occasionally, which is maybe intentional but if there's anything I'd like differently here it might be that, the seemingly off-sync shuffles now and then distract a little, otherwise it's so good. It builds up nicely towards the end, laid back pace but so much force and feeling in the music... and the trumpets add a lot! The mix is so rich too.

Soul. Great work.

thanks for your review devil. it has been very inspiring.

Sultans of Swing come to mind for some reason when I hear this...

Love the vibe, the reverb and natural kind of ambience that brings in... the layers and harmonies. The theme's a little narcissistic but better an ego than imposter syndrome after all. XD I like the confidence too!

Feelgood tune. Unexpected little symphony past the two minute mark, new genre entirely... and then we get back to the classic rock/swing/rockability type vibe. Production quality's clear and ethereal, voice is good, instrumentality's precise... in all areas this really is a solid track.

Nice work.

Ayy thank you! :)
I've always liked rockabilly tracks with a swing beat.
The lyrics are sung from the point of view of a neckbeard keyboard warrior with an inflated ego. haha.
Glad you enjoy!

Haven't listened to a lot of Drill but I could definitely get into more of this...

I correlate the genre mainly to the UK, so it's cool to see it across borders like this. They brought me into electro too earlier on. Seems they have an affinity for chill; ambient kind of beats like this, but so does Russia apparently!

Nice clash between the bass and the high notes; icy little dots and awesome audial interference. Even the percussion has a smooth kind of shuffle to it.

Wonder if it really needs that ringing sound in the background all the way through, seems like a frequency you might not even pick up on... but maybe it does add something distinct; make it all sound richer overall.

Love the vibe. It gets a little repetitive and fades maybe a bit quick at the end, the structure overall feels a little simple, but I love the atmosphere. Dope work.
