Almost like a Spiderman-inspired suit here. :) Very nice.

Thank you!, it was one of my first WoW commission
Love that airy atmosphere in this one! :D Chutney... I can't even begin to account for the impacts this marvelous marmalade man has had upon my existence here at this point. If anything he's enriched my every moment of being; made it all the more joyful an experience. I've learned to turn the tide, to take advantage of the chances I get, to not fret too much on things, and to even in the face of the greatest adversity brave up to to the challenge and pull through with spirit intact!
Chutney has so much to teach everybody. He's an icon. A way of life. A true inspiration.
-cd-
Haha you are such a legend!
Such vast and cosmic epicness here too! Without Chutney & Co to contribute to the scene it seems so much more serious too. Or maybe the colors, and the vastness of space are what make it so somber...
Nope, original one seems equally serious! Just all the more fiery. It was cool right from the beginning. The atmosphere definitely changed here, but I'm not sure which one I really like better... the original's fierce and artsy as well. Each one its own strain of awesome.
-cd-
Thanks CD you brighted my day :D
Two in one uploads with all of these hey! :D I like both of these, though Bill's legs seem kinda disproportionate. Love the chainsaw most of all. The blood splatter's almost like an equalizer. Not sure about that blue splatter though, if you didn't know the context it seems a bit like a random color smudge. Same pattern as the other one too.
-cd-
These are all diff doomguys and the blue on this one is his blood. He bleeds blue like a cacodemon.
With... an axe? :O Starting to get some Hexxen/heretic vibes here... any possible inspirations there? An attempt to bridge the links between the worlds of the iD universe?
Feels like the green slime's a bit out of place, if it is slime, but overall looking good.
The scientist: axe is almost unnaturally straight there. Very protruding.
Would be pretty cool if you turn some of these into actual sprite sheets btw, movement and all, could make for a good game. Whatever the context.
-cd-
play brutal doom newest version
there is scientist
scientist has axe
you kill scientist
you get axe :D
Also the green slime is just his blood. I did this because originally some parts of it blended too well with the suitso to make it stand out more I made it GREEN
Looks a bit more polished than the other but hmm... I'm oldskool. Green one preferred.
Plus I like green.
-cd-
yeah green is cool
This is definitely pretty cool! Whole new Doomguy style too. It's almost like... it's not Doomguy at all. The eyes. That bit.
You see the resemblance right away otherwise though. Good detail too.
-cd-
I mean his eyes are supposed to be blue. I stayed as accurate to the character as possible.
All the HUD sprites show either black or blue. The only other colour is gold and that's the invulnerable HUD.
I tried to make it by combining ingame doom man and cover doom man.
See the black gloves and bloody arm? coverguy
See the hair and blood on his face and rifle? gameguy
See everything else on the pixel art? bothguys
So realistically it is true to the character.
But I think I see why you see it this way: my art style and doom's art style are....let's just say not the same. But I get how you would see it this way, and I appreciate knowing your thoughts on it.
Take care,
St. J.J.J. IX
Spunky style! :D And if it wasn't for the expression that crab would look like intentional decoration too. Nice work. Blue and beautiful.

Thanks,Cybedevil for your comment.
Just a sketch but... such a good one! The style of shading, the smoothness, the the way the legs go together, the red, the fade, the everything about this... it's all beautiful. In such an artfully accentuated way too. Love the style.
-cd-
Thank You!!!
Nice one. XD This feels like the kind of comedy I'd like to see more of in the comics! Smooth details too, though the clouds seem a little alien.
-cd-
Thanks, Cydude! ;D
Also, i think i'm pretty lazy at drawing clouds.
