[Jerry: Old and New]

Nice to see both submissions on the same page and compare the differences! The right one definately looks better than the left. He doesn't just look better defined but also bigger, but at the same time it's like two different styles in the different pictures. One thing I thought was pretty cool with the 09 version were the blue glasses, they really glow. On the right one they do look more realistic, but the whole picture is also dark, I feel it would be nice with some color added!

The black line separating the lips on the right one looks a bit odd when there aren't any real outlines elsewhere, otherwise it looks great, the facial features look realistic and professional, as does the shirt. The afro looks.. unreal, but then again, don't all afros? :) Much better shading on the hair in the new one! Keep it going!

Thank you :) This is the style I have been working with, but I like the idea of more vibrant colors, I will more than likely make a new one soon that balances the styles. Thank you for the critique, I appreciate it a lot! :)

Hmm, this thing actually exists? Interesting. I suppose the real thing doesn't have four eyes though, they look... red. Acronymingly evil. This is a neat slithery spectacle, creative and beastly, with a blank canvas to cast a shadow on. Idea for a new Pokemon maybe? :D Keep it going!

Well, there is a kind of rattlesnake that has a spiky tail end which looks much like a spider, but of course it doesn't have four eyes.

Looking good! The drawing style makes me think of xXxHolic. It's a clash of color and cloth. Interesting robe with fiery texture, swirls of ribbon and a more formal coat in the background. The motives in the background look almost like photos. Are they? Or are they other art? Maybe they were made specifically for this drawing? I'm also wondering who the two character represent. Am guessing you and your cousin? Looks good, keep it going!

The characters are from the Tsubasa Chronicles, Clamp are the creators and do really amazing intricate designs and patterns, the background tree's are indeed edited photos, I had a couple of attempts but with just a mouse it was a little... challenging!!!

All the rest was drawn and coloured by moi though, Thanks very much for your compliments and interest :D

Great face, and a hopeless/helpless/mysterious gaze. Even with the darker shade of blue the eyes seem lively. Nice work with shapes and lines and shades, it's all smooth and fluent. As for that tattoo on her neck, does it mean anything? Nice work!

Woah, Pandas are pretty much the only creatures that you wouldn't expect to look this brutal. I mean, rabbits and all other pet animals are commonly zombified or genetically modified and made menacing, but Pandas.... they've always seemed like peace-loving bamboo-eating pillow creatures from mountains where everything is high. That all changed in a flash though, this looks beastly!

yeah.. one of the reasons i started with the Zombiefied Panda idea was because i had never seen one and i made one that looked really good on a T-shirt on another drawing, and i really feel in love whit the panda, so i made a drawing from another drawing.

[Mask thing drawing]

Interesting, abnstract, nice and creative! Not sure what it's supposed to portay, but it's an effectual picture. I especially like the waste dripping from the mask, looks very fluid. The background is dim and menacing and the character itself is both menacing and bright at the same time. Not sure if I like the reflection effect on the eye when there doesn't seem to be any source of light, but it does look realistic. Is this supposed to be something or is it just a doodle? I'm curious. looks good though!

It's just a doodle, it doesn't represent anything or really mean anything, It's just a drawing from my head. Well, sort of. I was watching a Swedish version of that Ink Master show, and there was a girl who did a tatoo simlar to the mask i made, so that's where my inspiration comes from i guess. The concept was a mask with a skull, but the smoke and the green fluid is my own idea. But what really is "your own" idea? :D
I agree with you that the shading wasn't perfect, I mean, I could have worked on that a lot more, and made it more realistic, but I'm pretty lazy. This is my second work where i actually shade my drawing, so, I'm pretty satisfied though.

I'm glad you like it. Nice and fair rating as well! I hate it when people rate either 0 or 5, without saying why they gave you that rating.

I'll just ignore who this picture is supposed to represent and just go after how it looks, easier that way! So, it looks good, looks sensual and provocative. Small details like her heel on the chair, the icecubes, the glowing cigarr, they all add up. The signs are symbolic too, the jukebox (Fatebox? lol), the one above the counter, her gaze and blush and lustrous skin. It's a revelation. :) Nice work!
