Interesting, abnstract, nice and creative! Not sure what it's supposed to portay, but it's an effectual picture. I especially like the waste dripping from the mask, looks very fluid. The background is dim and menacing and the character itself is both menacing and bright at the same time. Not sure if I like the reflection effect on the eye when there doesn't seem to be any source of light, but it does look realistic. Is this supposed to be something or is it just a doodle? I'm curious. looks good though!

It's just a doodle, it doesn't represent anything or really mean anything, It's just a drawing from my head. Well, sort of. I was watching a Swedish version of that Ink Master show, and there was a girl who did a tatoo simlar to the mask i made, so that's where my inspiration comes from i guess. The concept was a mask with a skull, but the smoke and the green fluid is my own idea. But what really is "your own" idea? :D
I agree with you that the shading wasn't perfect, I mean, I could have worked on that a lot more, and made it more realistic, but I'm pretty lazy. This is my second work where i actually shade my drawing, so, I'm pretty satisfied though.

I'm glad you like it. Nice and fair rating as well! I hate it when people rate either 0 or 5, without saying why they gave you that rating.

I'll just ignore who this picture is supposed to represent and just go after how it looks, easier that way! So, it looks good, looks sensual and provocative. Small details like her heel on the chair, the icecubes, the glowing cigarr, they all add up. The signs are symbolic too, the jukebox (Fatebox? lol), the one above the counter, her gaze and blush and lustrous skin. It's a revelation. :) Nice work!

Glad u pay that kind of attention to detail ^^

One million dollars for a lifetime of creative drawing? :P Interesting style of character. He really does look starved, too. Keep it going!

Just me having some fun.
Thanks for the review.

Looks like it's working well. The style of drawing in this comic is really light and professional. The way colors and often light are used instead of outlines is a style I really like; makes the characters shine. Even the speechbubbles look stylish. Great work!

Thanks, man! I really appreciate it.

A dream indeed. The shape of those boobs is a bit weird though, they look too pushed up somehow. Looks like there's a surplus of red skin-tone as well, making her look more bruised than warm. Also, what's with that expression? Looks like a mixture of sad and apathetic, not the typical sensual furious cat girl we know! Overall though, it looks good, just pointing out what could be different. :) Keep it going!

thanks

Even with that sympathetical author description it's hard to feel sympathy for such a menacing spider character. :) The way you see the spider from the darkness, as she enters, develops a sense of desperation and being trapped. Looks like she's moving fast with the blurry edges too. Stylish and effectual. Nice work!

glad you catch the principal idea! Thanks for the comment.

She looks grim! The face is the only real feminine part of this picture, but it does a lot for it. Great work on the form of that suit otherwise, it looks futuristic, though somehow not very powerful. Maybe because there's no perceptible metal texture on it? Anyhow, great work!

thank you

Heh, looks fleshy and evil! The glow still resides within those eyes too. Atmospheric background also. Feels like there could have been more blood splatter on the ground, but overall it looks good. Nice one!

Rennis5 responds:

you are absolutly right, there should be more blood!
nice review aswell, thank you very much :D

I suppose it's a photo of the painting? Feels like the act of taking the picture made the colors a bit grittier, did it? Or does this look exactly like it did IRL? The motive is awesome though, trippy and creative, just a big mashup of shapes and patterns with a bunch of muschrooms in center. I like how it's almost symmetric, and how everything folds out from the mushrooms. Also, the mushrooms look great, really glowy and luminescent. Keep it going!

Ninja1987 responds:

hey, thanks.
This is an acurate photo of the painting. the gritty look is from the texture of the canvas. Lazyass23 and I are both collaberating on another one.

Those fingers look a bit... chubby. Apart from that it's a nice sketch, a lot of work in the shade and color, and it worked especially well on the leather jacker, where it really looks like it has a leathery texture. Btw, the glass looks almost like it has a lid on it. Keep it going!

Stark-Heather responds:

Thanks very much!. Yes, the fingers, lol. I knew something was wrog with them, but not what. Thanks for the input
