lol, what a random idea for a grand battle! Everything feels out of context, and yet it's entirety, in combined form, as the big picture: pretty entertaining! Real slick animation too.

Thanks CD! Whenver I post a new animation, I just sit around for a bit and wonder what kind of review your gonna give me haha. I really appreciate your constant feedback on all my stuff.

Ever thought about making an actual Kibikle Kombat parody game in Flash? Well, maybe the one reference in this one episode doesn't seem enough to merit such a grand production, but it looks fun. :D Simple; entertaining lil episode, with some interesting critters for characters!

flushstudios responds:

That's an awesome idea! I totally should do it up.

A pretty impressively coreographed battle! I liked the special effects for all attacks in particular, the visual slices, and some stylish transitions for other attacks, the shattered background, silhouette view, etc. Audio fits right in too. Nicely done!

Omg thank you mister cyberdevil QwQ

Looks like things are finally getting serious! :D Was definitely more comical when he was all oblivious to the monsters running rampant in his apartment complex, but he had to see the truth sometime! Nice scene with all the objects bouncing around in the kitchen, lotsa details, and that outro melody's a catchy nostalgia (feels like a long time since the last episode..). Looking forward to the next one!

Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it! Haha I'm especially glad the ending theme has become catchy and nostalgic! The next episode is planned to be a game, so it may take a while to get to Newgrounds, Ill be updating my progress as I go though, most likely in posts on Newgrounds but mostly as Facebook fanpage posts, so if you wanna keep up in the long stretch of downtime and see a game get made before your very eyes, Id watch there!

Never thought I'd see Garfield flip out and lose his cool like this! What a brilliantly brutal tragedy.

Haha! Thanks

I learned more than I expected to from this! Feels like tweens have a reputation of being one of the most basic; effortless forms of animation available, either it's tweened and basic or FBF and awesome, but you turn it into a real artform! I'd never heard of the 'easing' feature either, could it be new to the Flash franchise? Great tutorial, easy to follow, packed with info; not too long.

Thank you for the kind words! I'm so glad to hear you got some help from it! Easing has been around since I've been using Flash around version 8 I believe, and really applies to hand-drawn FBF animation as well! But yeah, I wanted to put this out there to show that motion-tweens can be made to look appealing, and not lazy! Though traditional animation techniques should still be practiced first! ;)

For a while there, I was thinking ending the animation with just a black screen was a pretty neat idea, not knowinf it if was the end or not, if something evil was about to burst forth or if it was really all over... as always, highly effectual; twisted entertainment! Nice work!

Thanks Cyberdevil! :) Yeah I always found something kinda eerie when you watch old films and they just cut off and you sit in silence haha. I always think "something is going to kill me now I know it!"

Another perfect loop with intricate detail! :D The falling motion seems familiar somehow, but potential deja vu disconsidered, I love it. Nicely animated; effectually sounded. And though you know it loops, it still remains fun to watch a few times over.

Butzbo responds:

Thank you Cd; I've worked with this character more than once (in one of last NATA's shorts) which already had plenty of spinning things; not sure if that's what makes it seem familiar, heheh.
