That introductory image really reminds me of Vigilante 8, ah, good times. Could that've been some inspiration behind this? The idea of weaponized vehicle combat in arcade mode like this is great, lotsa fun, and no need to steer or pull the trigger either, just aim and upgrade. Good time waster, even if it would be nice with more control. Keep at it!

Love the preloader! :D I'm thinking a 'wait for the old lady to cross the street' would've been even better, but that's not relevant to the game I guess. Maybe something for future productions? Game itself is a lot of fun, I like the modern-pixel type of drawing too, with thick outlines, though I'm wondering how more traditional pixel art would look. The upgrades are fun, the game itself is addictive, and it really is good wrist exercise! Better not overdo it on my first play. :P Wish there was a way to save and continue later, and some form of magnet to draw the jewels towards you or something, overall: great work. Keep it going!

This was a fun platformer, I like the atmospheric background and how they're all but flat and static, but actually break apart and crumble, or hinder you in different ways. Took a while to get used to not being able to jump with the W or UP,, but I guess it has to be like that for the aiming control. Otherwise the movement is pretty swift, the sound effects pretty powerful (like that rumbling sound when the ground breaks)... great game!

Ludum Dare really brings out the best in people. Awesome idea, simple, unique, and a rel challenge to keep from crashing into at least one of these obstacles, the one sun and the... moon? Square? Great graphics, intuitive controls and what seems to be flawless physics, but I wouldn't know how real they really are. Nice work!

This was a fun game, an avoider unlike the rest! I appreciate the fact that the levels are all unlocked from the start so you don't need to play any you don't want to play, but I feel no need to skip, though the complexity increases with each level they're still mostly straight forward. Only thing that bugged me a bit was the darkness at the beginning, hard to see the introductory text or navigate the interface before you start playing it. The game's awesome though, and the dialog an appreciated addition. Keep it going!

Awesome! Thanks, and sorry about the darkness. I tested it out on a couple different desktop and laptop monitors and yes, sometimes it is very difficult to see.

Well this was a different kind of tower-defence game... without towers! Well no, there are towers, you just fight it out inside them rather than building them... I like the idea, and the balance between upgrades/allies and enemies is a great, I like the fact that the king has a fighting chance too. Nice work!

This was a fun game, I remember playing something similar where you drew paths from different numbers, but it's definitely more interesting when the paths are drawn for characters, with a more three-dimensional view. Starts off simple, gets complicated. Good game!

Thanks a lot.

This is just the kind of quiz I need to practice, I barely know the names of my neighboring countries so... well this was useful! Tons of questions, ambient music and a simple interface. Good work!

Fun game! The fuel limitations started getting a bit annoying after a while, but that's part of the challenge I guess. I think I'd prefer just a time-based challenge without fuel, or more specific levels, so it's more about doing stunts than collecting gas. Keep it going!

This was a a pretty elaborate SIM! Love the upgrades, the entertaining dialog, the pixel style graphics, the sound... it's a both simple and extensive overall. Medals would definitely be awesome to have, keep up the great work!

Thanks for the reply and taking the time to play. Really nice to hear you were entertained! The game was really a huge labor of love and when I was done I thought IMMEDIATELY about how I could make a bigger and better sequel. It'll happen sooner than later! Appreciate you taking the time for a nice comment too! Best, -Tim
