A nice and ambient theme, a bit creepy feeling to it as well. It progresses nicely all the way through the track, gets creepier and creepier. NiWould fit perfect in some horror flash, heh, keep it up!

I love the grungy beat, it has a nice progression as well, just gets better and better as it keeps going. Would bice with some finale though, it just continues as a beat for the whole theme. Keep going!
