For a large portion of this I wondered why I was listening, why I'd willingly entertain myself with such chaos; such psychological suffering, such malevolence and wickedness, it doesn't seem like there's a motive, doesn't seem like there's a story for which I'd care for the end... yet it's captivating, the dialog's passionate, the sound effects plentiful, the production's crisp and easy to listen to, and when it's all over... it actually did conclude in a way that somehow makes it all worth it after all. Even though that is one wicked brother...
Creative work crafting a story like this, and making it captivating for a full twenty-three minutes. The length of a typical anime episode precisely, but without filler; without intro or outro, you just get right to the nitty gritty.
This was really well done. I wonder if I really enjoyed it... I guess I did! Would not have listened if not. It hits some kind of spot that... a normal narrative probably wouldn't. Intriguing.
