You're setting the bar pretty high for this Inktober stuff! :D Nice.

And I wonder what those symbols say, if they do say something...

I checked his wiki and apparently its a quote from Sephiroth...like really. Sephiroth? Seraphimon? haha read below~

It bears the Crest of Hope on its plackart, and the DigiCode on its breechcloth are a quote of Sephiroth's from Final Fantasy VII which reads "All shall be one with me".

The Good Buy finna be some serious trouble for The Bad Boys out there! Fun stuff.

Thanks Cyberdevil ^^

Such a badass depiction of the legend! Sketchier than the more sensual ones, but that just seems to bring forth a sense of anger and rage all the more. Like the epitome of violence lies in uneven lines.

Nice.

Thanks.. Yeah, he is best Badass ever ;)

Looking lively! :D And so natural... in all kinds of wonderful ways. :P

Lighter crosshatching (that's the term for it huh) does work better, pattern not as noticeable then, more true as a skin tone...

Feeling like the expression's almost one of distraught somehow, or like she seems a bit distant... but otherwise so sensual work here too. Just the skin texture that still bugs me a bit.

Was thinking haven't I seen this before... then scrolled down a bit. Face wasn't even the same angle though, just the same person. XD Caught me off guard feeling like I recognize the artwork itself though I just recognize the person, and the style with which they're depicted, odd how you capture everything so familiarly even when it's all new...

I like the sky high gaze here. Beautiful work again.

Thank you

The tradition of congratulating fans via imagery as such actually comes from Japan? Makes sense but... I never knew. She does have that owl look with those eyes... nice Seal of approval too. A little sidewalk haze... atmospheric stuff.

Do you export as twice the size of the original too? Or maybe 1.8 on this particular one? Flash is pretty impressive at scaling up this stuff without any loss of detail. You'd never think the brush is actually a vector-based tool!

Yomuchan responds:

This is actually double the original size of the drawing. Pretty smooth, ain't it? I never knew flash could do this kinda stuff up until very recently. And yeah, I noticed that from the really old geocities.jp/2ch afiliates when they celebrated 100000+ hits(or stuff like that) and such way back in the early 00s, so I figure the tradition of congratulating fans with reward art hails from there.

Lift a leg challenge huh. :) Saw my first one of these just yesterday, but this one's a definitive favorite so far... so smooth.

Sometimes lack of background just makes it all better too. Clean and classy.

Lisea looking good! Though it strikes me, isn't it a bit odd that her one eyebrow shows through the hair, yet the one above her hidden eye doesn't show at all? How do we accept this as natural in a drawing, when in reality that one eyebrow just shining through would be the most bizarre thing? Assuming hair density isn't abnormally much thicker on the one side...

Just a minor observation here as to the peculiarities of perceived authenticity in a drawing compared to real life. Good stuff.

TheTenk responds:

Basically in stylized art you can view it as the eyebrows being connected to the eyes for the purposes of expression.

So much 3D printing and modelling advice stuffed into this one description... she's turning out good, but somewhat creepy-looking limbless like this! Like she's just half alive...

Curious how much it costs to make stuff like this in terms of material when you print? Ever made any calculations?

torithefox responds:

I could probably make 4-5 of these with a single 500ml container of resin, which costs $18-$24 depending on what brand and type used. According to the slicer the prints use about 100ml of material, this includes a second face with closed eyes.
