Depressing seems to be a real inspiration sparker for me too, and this is beautiful work! She looks sad but hopeful in the picture. The picture has a simple foundation but plenty of detail where it's needed, like the hair and nails. Only the edge of the back still has some traces of the background. Nice work!

I'm Kinda New To Submitting To Newgrounds So It's Nice To Have Something Postitive As A First Response.

Yeah, It's Still Actually A WIP But I'm Not Sure If I Should Just Clean It Up Or Add More... Still Deciding ^.^

This is a pretty nice sketcy, I like the cloudy style of drawing, the color combinations and text. I wonder how the text would've looked in a similar style though, not so straight and fonty. Also, the heart looks a bit distorted on the right side, but overall, nice work!

Thanks for the sharp eyed review! My first computer speed sketch in a decade, woo-hoo!
Interesting idea about a font, might just try that next time. Don't forget to use the "P" word in reviews (practice!), 'cause I need plenty of that.

Though it looks like just a quick sketch, and the face looks like it's drooping on the one side, it looks amazingly flappy. It's a surrealistic masterpiece! :)

Thanks brah, I can draw way better than this.

Woah, this is awesome, so much detail, so much atmosphere! The overall style of the surrounding, both magical and Earthly, reminds me a bit of the Brackenwood series. It would be a great background for pretty much anything! Imagine sceneries like this as the base for a point and click adventure, or just covering an entire wall in a room. Great work!

thank you so much!

That's an awesome character design, kinda like a mix between Metroid Prime and Puppet Master. Great work on the lines, lighting, shading, pretty much everything! The suit looks like the material it's made off, glossy at the right places, metallic enough to really look durable, and that character is like an expression of wildness. Nice work!

thanks for you apreciation xD

It's definately mystical. The fiery symbols rising up towards the light specially are a veil of myth. The way the cape is shaped it made me think that the character was lying down at first, maybe because the legs are barely seen. Great work though, very nice color and atmosphere!

Cyber D, thank you for your review! Really appreciate it!

Hah, that's awesome! Makes me think of Jaltoids animation, could it be an inspiration? Really smooth lining and coloring overall. Any plans on animating? Looking forward to more artwork!

zomgg responds:

When i painted it, I thought it was like a cartoon character, maybe in the future I will make an animation with this character))
p.s. sorry for my english^^

Interesting style of art in this. It's like a mixture between pixel and regular... digital (is there a name for it?). The colors are all meshed and fluent, and the shades of green in particular really deepen the face. Looks like a mixture of zombie and ogre. Nice work!

thanks Cyberdevil.

The glass is shining like a diamond! Overall it's a really bright and sparkly picture, all the light emanating from a central chalice. The drink itself looks mysterious, maybe poisonous seeing how purple it is, a bit strange edge on the top right side of the glass... but overall it looks good! That umbrella is an exotic addition too, though I'd picture it more in a palm-tree surrounding than a... swirling mist of otherworldly power. :P Nice play with effects!

XwaynecoltX responds:

thanks for the review yeah this was just more about the sharp lines and color.

When you paint up the picture with words like that... it seems a lot sadder than it did initially! The tears do look heartfelt, but would be good with some more detail in this. Some rounder colors, smoother lines, a background maybe? Keep it going!
