The energy effect seems somewhat odd, and unevenly distributed, not really surrounding the hand... but otherwise nice work! Smooth and full of expression.

Not possible subconsciously inspired by Vaporeon, Vullpix and others? ;) Looks great though! Though very Pokemon-reminiscent it's definitely not just like any of the existing ones. Love the shifting color too.
