Ehh something special happened on 3/8/14?? If the characters know about it, it's gotta be something important hmm. :/

Doesn't anyone read the news?

Looks... delicious. O_o You are what you eat huh! Rise and shine!

Hmm I'm thinking it'd be pretty cool with some moremundane background animation like this in a regular animation, right before the action kicks in, maybe? Or some kind of Metal Slug comedy series... would be pretty interesting to see. Overall, good placement!

Now this is a scene you don't see in Metal Slug too often. XD Looks nice!

Woah man, the detail in those black background vines sprouting up from this (Mother?) Earth is pretty incredible! Very fluent line-work too, and I like the linear shading that layers them; gives it all dimension. Not so sure I like the shift between the light and darkness as much, maybe because it's not directly light which the darkness is rushing out to but rather a canvas of gray and dirt. On the other hand, it does make the woman all the bigger a highlight in the scene.

At a first thought I assumed she was nature; the growth a symbol of herself, but it seems like the darkness is consuming her? Growing? Hopefully the vines aren't symbolic of nature itself, so the world is our enemy, but rather symbolic to the 'growth' of whatever it is that consumes her. With such a dark scene (if I'm not getting the wrong impression entirely) the title's a bit misleading... but then again just the word 'Khoobsoorat', devoid of meaning for who don't know Hindi, sounds... right somehow. I wonder if there is meaning to the name, though? If there's beauty in darkness? If beauty is what is being consumed? What does it all mean?!

Well, setting meaning aside, I like it. Abstract; beautiful in its own way, though the cave of darkness in the background and the bland gray surrounding seem to have potential for somehow better visual appeal. Maybe just a symmetry in the darkness approach would make it all right. Nice work!

Apart from the missing visual mention of the beach she's supposedly at, this looks great! Warm colors, slick line work, friendly framing and that as always so great glow! And I do like kneesocks.

Stylishly red and grimy glimpse of Madness you have here! Without the well-known characters it'd be like a scene straight from a zombie bomb too, an interesting combination, almost Halloween-themed, and I like how the character is both in center and in motion, and the enemies at the border (reminds me of this certain other video game cover ;). A real poster image with plenty of action! And NG stripes! All great.

Well i took the inspiration of madness loading screen few years back here in the heart of newgrounds.
hmm you don't mean the doom cover?

It's Madness alright. :D Plenty to look at too... and a smiling sunset in the background. :P Keep it going!

What an awesome combination! :D And what a contrast between the suit and charactertoo, light and dark, her hair like an aura, a posture of positivity glowering even over those strangely low-placed wings. Nice work!
