lol, never heard of that Doug Headshot guy, but this dialog was hilarious. What a contrast to the game itself, seeing the Doomguy err Wolfensteinguy keep mouthing off, and an inspiring DBZ-like ending to top things off! I got to get back to this game... nice work!

Starting to wonder if they have scripts for their shows (I've yet to watch an un-animated version though), with so many ideas flowing in them conversations, it just never stops! Entertaining animation this was, with way more content than the usual Game Grumps ep. Keep it going!

Steinberg responds:

Haha, yeah, they are pretty good at thinking of funny stuff on the spot. But then again, the ones that are animated are always the best parts. And I also edited the audio a little so that helped.

Thank you for your review!

lol, I've now learned the proper head-snapping illusion technique! Nice one.

Such a bizarre and unthinkable tale! All those strange scenes and effects prepped into that latter half start making me think of Un Chien Andalou too, pretty artistic stuff. Keep it going!

bodko responds:

Thanks! That's high praise... I think. There's actually a still in that part directly inspired by the cow eye shot in Un Chien Andalou.

Now this is some talented voice acting! Great idea, incredibly laghable, and I hope those characters actually mean what they're supposed to mean, because in that case, I think I learned something. :P Great stuff from the first to the last second!

Even back in 2003 this place features some pretty talented people! Though the same music loops through each segment of this creative mesh, it seems to fit in for each part. It's all varied and creative in difference ways, with frame by frame, tween, even what looks like manual artwork thrown into the mix. One of the more interesting and intriguing jams I've seen, by a few artists that seem to have been just before my time. Nice work!

What a grand invention it turned out to be! :D Wasn't expecting much more than a grand finale of failure, and potentially a path out of that finger trap (wonder if those really are that difficult hmm, need to try one). It never gets dull! Animation's simple, but it works well with the plot. Keep it going!

Hmm, not sure how that final phase of evil really initiates. Animation and music was great, but not having played these games I guess I'm not picking up the clues I should, seems like an inside joke.

balbod responds:

Basically in the old games you used to free the animals but they changed it in the later games so that you would catch them instead and feed them to your chaos which made them mutateā€¦ it was pretty weird

I was pretty sure I'd reviewed this earlier... but apparantely not. It's a really nice short, warm and simple, a song that dimples form... though at the end the overlay of melodies almost gets a bit too messy. I like how it fades in through the snow, to the warmth, and back out, just a glimpse of life in the cold winter. Nice work!

lmao, that's one dangerous poem! It would be pretty cool if the trainers themselves actually had a part in the battle in the games btw, but anyway, twas a bizarre, brutal but fun animation. Nice work!
