The Saladfinger vibe still lingers outside that Saladfinger realm...

Always enjoyed the abundance of details in these, and the depth within the ideas themselves. Surprising, even this far back, ahead of its time... and so dark. Didn't remember that bit.

[The Felix the Cat Centennial Feline Follies Reanimated Experience]

Actual footage from the actual centennial event... you know what, technically I believe it actually is. XD Unconventional intro had me expecting something pretty weird and not at all Felix The Cat-like, but when it really gets started it's quite a homage after all. :)

Always appreciate a variety of styles too, some more truthful than others, but all fun in their own way. Real cool to see a creative homage like this aimed at one of the icons that really revolutionized the medium too, and in a way made all of this possible. It's not all the most professional, but all in the spirit of the arts. And not a small amount of contributions either...

Wonder if I'll be seeing any other hundred year anniversary celebrations like it. Pretty awesome to time in an event like that in your lifetime. Nice work y'all.
