Considering this was recorded on a phone, it really doesn't sound that bad (quality-wise). The rhythm itself is steady and catchy, and only starts skipping a bit around the end. Would be great to hear this with a few layers or other instruments. Nice work!

Appreciate it! If I can find some other people to play with I will def get some serious stuff kicking, but i was just messing around with some power chords and whatnot and kinda dug the way this sounded. Thanks again =)

That auto tune is just way out of tune, hah, but all the same it entertains. The audacity of it. :D

Yeah... he made 4 lines and intended that I choose the best one... but I ended up keeping them all :D

This is a nice tune, melodic and ambient. I like the saw/static noise and the way the bleeps echo, makes it feel oldskool even though it's definately noy 8-bit sound. It's a bit slow overall, but there's plenty of variation and a great beat that keeps tripping in the background. Perfect background music, steady and rythmic. Would fit nicely in some RPG like Cave Story. Keep it going!

Thanks so much for the exellent review Cyber :D. Also it's such an honor to be compared to Cave Story. I idolize that game and it's soundtrack! See you around :)

This is a living track, different melodies layered upon each other that all seem to float together. It has a VG style to it as well, without really reminding me of any specific game. Though it does vary the overall pace and pitch is pretty much the same all the way through, occasionally a background layer gives it a soaring kind of sound, and the moments of silence are refreshing breaks, can't think of anything to improve. this would be perfect as background music in an RPG or space game. Nice work!

Thanks a lot Cyberdevil! Means a lot.

I play lots of video games so I think I draw a lot of my inspiration from there but I combine it with the sounds you hear from industry artists as well.

I guess I shouldn't give any props for the melody itself since it's technically not yours, but the loop turned out good, it loops perfectly, and it's long/ambient enough to not sound that monotonous either, even though it's so short. Nice work!

Psychopath responds:

Funnily enough this is the first attempt at a loop that I actually got to function right.

The guitar is good, and I like the way it starts, but the screams toward the end don't really fit. Maybe it's the sound quality that can't really capture them like they should be captured, because the overall song is good. Would be nice with some heavier music to match the voice though, keep it up!

Stereocrisis responds:

Thanks. I know, I wish I had a full band.

Nice. It's a melodical and heavy track, starts off with a contrastingly ambient rise that would've made the heavy metal appearance pretty unexpected if it wasn't already mentioned as the genre. The sound quality is clear and grim, the guitar heavy, and the drums even more so. The drums really add a lot to this, enforcing the overall rythem and making it sound real brutal. Not much variation, but it's a good piece, fastpaced and brutal. Great work!

Thanks for the review! \m/

Indeed a shame about the quality. I have a bunch of tracks that suffered the same fate from back in the day. The overall melody is nice, and it picks up along the way. It's a dreamy adventurous theme. Sounds good, even though the sounds not that good! :)

Daiski responds:

Thanks for review.)

The jazzy piano mixes well with the beat and background melody. It really flares up at the start of the track, then calms down, and at the end there's a completely different instrument to stare the way. Sounds good! Doesn't sound like friendship (more like... adventure), but it's a great track! Keep it up!

Firefreezer responds:

Thanks man, I didn't own a midi keyboard in 2009 but I really wanted to make it sound freestyle-ish.
Thanks for the honest review! Peace!

Sounds a bit more like industrial than dubstep, don't you think? The tin beats are nice, and the deep baseline that seems to get nervous towards the end of the track. Overall really industrial ambiance. Keep it up!

Pink-Ninja responds:

Thank very much, I guess you could say it's industrial. Never really looked at it like that.
