This really made me happy, really. :) Kind of music that you can just pop in to get a boost during a day where everything starts slowing down and you need to somehow renew that energy... uplifting, ambient, but not dull either, the guitar brings it to the next level, just those wavy bits at the end... not as big a fan of those! Otherwise I love the variation. Smooth work.

Thanks bro!

A pretty ambient and feelgood pixel piece! The style gets me thinking of Cave Story... aah nostalgia, but all new rhythm and dose of uplifting vibes. Good tune.

Even though it's free I still haven't played Cave Story lol, but I hear nothing but good things about it so thanks!

Psychedelic and gritty, with unexpectedly eerie input along the way! And voices. It all keeps evolving, building but not really getting anywhere... the background beat chugging away like an engine. Can definitely see this being used in a scary movie/game! Very nice.

Hey thanks for reviewing one of my oldies!

A short but melodic little sequence! Soft and uplifting too. Would be cool to see this in 'action' somewhere, in company of a game or so. Nice work.

Thank you! I want to record a preformed version of this some time.

A salient tune for an epic series! Fades in and out so subtly... as only a carefully encompassed glimpse can do. Can't wait to see this in it's official new and amazing habitat.

I'm looking forward to it as well! I still don't yet know the context in which this is used in-game and it's meant to be released late this year, so it's only a matter of time. Glad you enjoyed it! 💖 Thanks for listening!

Pretty awesome demo reel says it surprisingly right! :D You really can do voices. Both well-known and nice. Exquisite showcase with brief and easily surmisable previews of each.

Thanks for listening! I really appreciate the review (especially coming from such a well-known Newgrounder). I'd love to do more voice acting, but it seems like there are just too many voice actors out there and not enough demand for them. Also, a lot of content creators have their "go to" voice actors already that they rely on. There's not much room for me to find gigs.

Sorry for talking your ear off. I know you didn't ask for it; I just like talking about voice acting and stuff. Thanks again.

Almost sounds like something out of the Cave Story soundtrack. .) Not bad at all! It's got a melody, variation, chiptune style with plenty of life... maybe a more pronounced rhythm; distinction between instruments/sounds would've been nice, more depth and distance, but overall not bad.

I'm not getting a cavestory vibe from it, but maybe thats just me.
And yeah, variety is what many people seem to think its lacking.

Such a suitable tune for the submission this was made for, and it sure gets psychedelic and strange in some parts, all the while keeping that old feel. Classy work! I feel like it would've been nice with a progression like in the movie, going from better to worse (mood-wise), but there's that little uplifting bit at the end when it's all over. XD Anyway great work putting this together! All great music.

Thanks. & whoops.

Must admit I'm more the RE kind of guy, but this was fun listening to. :) Lots of nostalgia linked to this game as well, and the movie was great indeed, really liked the ambience, the mist, the uncertainty... RE took a more realistic approach, which was cool too, but they really missed that atmosphere. The second Silent Hill movie though, ugh, not as happy with that one!

Anyway good podcast, not all that packed with info, but entertaining to listen to, and not too long.

Thanks a bunch for digging the adventure. We did get a bit sidetracked in our Resident Evil ness and a bit away from Silent Hill. But we've got more episodes to come.
