Heeey I remember this one! Is this really alright for the 2020 contest though? :P Good one though. Memories of the calender and all...

Well I mean, it was slightly before the contest started and I sent a message to Felis saying that if it wasn't allowed you could just cross me off the list. Easy as that. haha
It's good to be aware! :D Feels like she's missing feet a bit, but apart from that: solid one.
-cd-
She is indeed missing feet, since those are prosthetic legs!
Viscount, interesting, the second time I ever hear that word is here, first time being in a manga I just started reading: Black Butler. Good manga too.
I think I'd have taken this for a larger dog rather than a red panda if the description didn't say otherwise, but solid design, even if the forms all come together in a way that they almost get difficult to distinguish between, tail and leg and all. Chest's almost like an extra face btw. :)
Also feel the speech bubble text could've been a bit more optimized to the bubble - some of it's crammed together a bit. But still readable, and definitely more fitting than a standard font. Keep it up!

I do see the second face you were talking about. LOL that is pretty funny. I have seen better renditions of a red panda than the one I decided to make and I can see the wolf-dog thing too..that is what I get for not fluffing him out a bit of making the ears kind of pull back. More white around the collar or something. But when you look at a real red panda it could be a confused for a raccoon, large fox, dog-cat.
I want to check out Black Butler: Sounds good. Viscount idea will come into focus later..I will be sure to go more into depth into that and why I chose it. I had thought about optimizing the bubble but felt it would have felt 'unfinished,' when compared to the rest of the line work in the image. As far as the stickers..no word bubbles..unless I have him saying something extremely rude.
That the force of motion maybe changes the laws of physics and alters his size in correalation to his surrounding...? :P With the trees and the sun and Chutney all a similar size it almost seems like the other two are the miniature ones...
Anyway nice one. Chutney forever.

I was trying to go for a more forced perspective thing but, eh.
Love the style, love the hybrid idea! Overload o cuteness here. Nice.
-cd-
Thank you thank you!
Seems like a clear candidate for victory. :) Simple but: fun/smooth/so suitable to the universe itself. Love it.
-cd-
eh. i wouldnt say clear, but thank you
This is awesome. :D Expressive. And such a perfect background too.
Is this solidified clay too? Heated as to withstand the eons? Hope so...
-cd-
Right now the clay is unfired but I will def be putting Chutney in the kiln at least and adding color. Unfortunately the process takes a long time!
Thanks for the kind words :)
Chutney's almost looking like the main dude from Stickman Can Fight here. :) True hero. You've got a pretty interesting style going on with the gradient/shading mix too. Nice homage!
-cd-
i think maybe i inspired by the typical hero of many series, but yes, looks great!
thanks!
Such a spiffy character. :) Is he... walking backwards though? Something just seems a bit off there.
-cd-
He walks forward but goes backwards.
Was going to say something about how this doesn't seem like vector work at all but.. character name? Do like the design.
-cd-
