Solid portrait! Crisp and full of character. Subtle shading and all. Comes across maybe a bit simple that way but powerful too. Polished line work. Nice work.

Thank you!
Machi looking good! Nice contrasts with that color too.

Your scoring is as harsh as ever, haha
I definitely wouldn't mind reading more of this; seeing where this goes...
You need a reply: on that thread I guess? Any reply won' do? Hope someone does, some day, and so we may see the story come to completion. Really ended on a cliff-hanger here.

The website I was posting this on is gone, unfortunately, but at least I'm still using the girl character design.
Looking confident! :D Nice one!
And of course MERRY CHRISTMAS SNACKEEEEERS!

merry christmas ya devil!
Awesome. XD Wonder if there's any RE4 inspiration in this or just a shady seller overall? Always get reminded' of the merchant in that particular game but: probably just one of many.
This could be useful for NG promo stuff too hmm...
-cd-
haha yeah. I've played through RE4 a few times too many.
Much appreciated.
Gets me thinking of NG user Crashgen hmm. :) This is cool. name symbolism really working with the imagery with this too - nice with some extra color!
-cd-
thank you
awesome that you find this one cool
Still doing these awesome doodles huh. :) Bit fast motion maybe but fun loop otherwise!

Yeah, I've been mostly doing a bunch of simple and rough stuff to shake off the rust. I really ought to put more polish into future stuffs!
Love the imagery here. :) So much green though hmm, I thought France was basically all covered in cities at this point...
Were you by any chance plotting a Christmas vacation across the pond now? Was somewhat expecting this'd be more on topic of the local restrictions. Seems crazy over there.
-cd-
France is mostly greenery I would imagine :x
So much shading... the style really brings for the foreboding in it, though I can't say if it seems more so with the red tone or no, it's almost like the scene speaks more for itself without the added color but... yeah, red version probably has more of a horror movie vibe going on! A tone of madness. It does add something.
Might not be the neatest but I like the style. And appreciate the effort. You can feel the darkness too this way. Grainy and creeping. Without connotation it might also simply look like a snowy winter scene somewhere, yet the architecture still has that something special to it. Somehow spooky by itself. Also maybe somehow a little less spooky with visible people before it.
But nice homage with or without! Happy 40th to the one and only! Still remember the filming helicopter's shadow not properly hidden, playing as they drive towards the hotel. :) Maybe more clearly than those final moments. Times when everything wasn't all as perfect but oh so atmospheric!

I was considering going yellow like the Saul Bass poster and then just ended up messing around until the pink happened and I was like I like this so I went with it. Possibly some underlying desire to draw attention in the thumbnail influenced that but who's to say.
Don't know what to say to everything else you wrote except thanks.
Your own character kinda seems to be fading away here though. XD Missing the final punchline/panel/point but I like how this starts out! Expressive!

You know I just got lazy lol
