I suppose each item is symbolic of some characteristic your friend has? This is a pretty cool painting, and the coloring on the octopus especially is awesome. Nice mixture and texture, looks realistically slimey and oceanic. Nice work!

Each item is just proof of how dapper the octopus is ahah
Thank you very much!
This is one funky bird. It looks like that left eye is just about to pop out. Great work on lining and shading, but it seems the character isn't that perfectly cut out, some white blotches still remain on the tail fathers, etc. Also, a bit fuzzy background. Keep it going!

thanks man ill keep at it
She looks similar to the demonic girl in the 'her goods' drawing. Is that intentional or is the style somehow on automatic? The hollow tail is a neat detail, and she looks great, Keep it going!

Its intentional since their both my OCs
Ah, good thing badd200 guessed it cause I'd have had no idea. Maybe because they all look so feminine? :P Must be the eyes, or smiles, or togas? Nice work with the cute chibi style. Keep it going!

I actually have to admit that when I draw little chibis or normal characters, especially guys, for some reason they look feminine 0_o
Nice, a very elegant portrait. I love all the swirling details, both in the frame and as character decoration, as well as the mix of outlines and no outlines on clothing. With the simplicity of the frame, it looks like the woman stands out as well, more alive than the painting somehow. Nice work!

Wow, thank you very much dude.
Right. It's like a keyhole in the form of a cat. Looks great. It's nice the background isn't just a complete color either but actually all a gradient that very subtly fades. Looks good!

Thank you, I'm kinda a fan of minimalistic CAD art, or stylized art. Simplicity is a key in some artstyles and I dig it.
Oh man, I was completely tricked by the icon! It's an interesting work though, unlike anything I've seen before even though it shouldn't be that rare a shape. When you mention megaspheres I'm thinking of Doom, and the color is the same as the power-up too, so... Any relation? Keep it going!
-cd-
megaspheres? ok... :)
they are kinda melted together with a thingy called metaball or something. It merges objects together and creates the nice effect.
Maybe I'll make a doom inspired 3d photo soon ;)
lols, a memorable quote. You learn more about users through the art of others. :P Keep it going!

:) *smiley face* :)
Now this one is almost like a photo, the spot of light looks spot on like it's sunlight reflected through the ball, and the surface of the tablecloth (if that's what it's supposed to be?) looks just uneven enough to be real. I wouldn't think it wasn't if you hadn't said it. A nice day to you too!
-cd-
This one was a pain to render, then I plopped it into photoshop and added some extra effects, like the blur etc. The idea was to make something with a 3d program and still achieve "photorealism".
Thank you for your kind words of kindness ;)
have a nice day.
