These are amazing. Hominid looks a bit thinner than his not-real-life counterpart, but that thinned out cranium does add a sense of menace. Both of the others look pretty psychotic; great detail! Nicely done.

sucho responds:

what was fun about the project was how i was free to interpret them 3-dimensionally, knowing it would be on a human actor in a body suit, i did take liberties to elongate hominid to match an actor, and it was really fun giving new detail to blockhead. for instance i tried to give him a realistic mouth but as he's drawn with a flat crisp white swoosh for teeth, i made sure the mask had no canine points or any difference with molars etc. actually salad fingers is probably the most literal as i think the jump from animation to actor wasn't as huge for him visually. but lots of fun.

A familiar face on this one. :) Looks menaciningly fiery; saturated to the point of perfect submersion in the surface of this apple. With the lack of edges on the lower jaw it gets an interesting dimensional effect too, a form rather than just a frame - a picture, a living piece of demonish which craft? Thanks for this one!

Christopher responds:

Surprised you noticed the removal of jawline pixels, it was to blend it in better with the apple.

Interesting effect with the rectangular windows on the angled wall. It's almost like they're standing out from the wall, like signs, like an optical applusion. Nice apple!

I guess laziness and lack of effort pays off once in a while.

Now this is a pretty angry apple! Looks sour.

He's pissed.

Will their be a manly apple too? Maybe an Apple Man? Ant-Man could be his greatest villain. Truly is a girly apple this one, an apple with peachy skin and eyes like green beans! Sensual.

Christopher responds:

There already were some like the Aristocrat Apple.

Such a simple motive; with all the same shapes repeated, in different sizes and degrees of transparency, and yet it all looks so incredibly clean and modern. Nicely done!

Wondermeow responds:

Thank you

Looks like a happy aristocrat apple too! Magnificent monocle.

Christopher responds:

It's very dapper.

Without the outline, the form of this Great Apple is strangely unlike an apple! Could the outline not converge upon those nearby exterior dots to form a more rounded side, and thus convey the plump rounded splendor of this juicy fruit? Nevertheless, it's a spectacular work of stars. A grand apple.

Constellations leave a lot to the imagination.

That's a really small apple. :O Looks like we might be eating tiny apples all the time, without even knowing of it! Have they revealed within which substances these Subatomic Apples may be found? Nice idea.

Christopher responds:

You inhale them too.

Genius. XD I saw that apple... I mean ad, by chance once when I was logged out. As for AppleGrounds, turns out there's actually an official site with that name! What a surprise! XD Was wondering if you'd registered it just for this before it loaded up entirely. Nice idea; a Fulpable apple too!
