Seems like a whole new scale of Pixel art! Really like the character art, and in the background... seems almost like a Minecraft pillar rising from below? Nice work.

Those pulsating veins that look like venom... a visible manifestation of psychic abilities? Great focus? Actual poison flowing through his veins? Don't know the character, but the portrait: looks good!Smooth turn too, with no pixels that feel out of place...

Quick but strange! I like the style, vectors but... not the usual kind. The multitude of layers adds a lot of depth, and texture, a facial surface solid as rock... which is interesting since the collar seems more like a balloon than stone. Maybe it's the form; maybe just the colors/expectations you get from particular combinations. I guess there's a lot of transparency between the different layers here? Interesting piece.

MewTwo and Mew in unanimous celebration? :) Didn't think they'd ever get this friendly with each other! Unless one them might be... another background ditto in disguise. O_o Nice piece though! Only MewTwo's tail looks almost like a separate entity.

The Cactus resemblance does get across, but not so sure about the Clay! Looks a bit like a flower pot, or crown, or bag of gold... maybe because he's actually thinner towards the ground, although you'd think clay's deformed a bit by gravity? Smooth loop otherwise, though I do get fixated on the brim of the hat too... and how the edges don't seem to follow.

Pretty sure the generic flower pots that most people think of are made of clay, hence the name "clay" i thought just Pots sounded lame. He needs a name that's also obnoxiously simple, but not lame sounding.

And i don't understand what you mean by the hat brim thing.
