Such a splatter of form and color, seems like... pain? Neurons. Energy. Signals shrieking through the system; pulling you apart. If it's something like that you're going for it comes across! Strong colors, fluid shapes and a canvas of madness.

you got it! thanks a bunch for the high score and thoughtful comments!
*highfives
So this is how you get a frontpage. XD I'd better start sketching whatever new newspost images might appear from here on out... solid work though. Them details. Much <3 also.
-cd-
Hahaha thanks!
Another smooth piece, and really enjoying the untraditionally traditional decor and color here, a creative character costume full of life! Nice work.

Thanks Cyberdevil for your comment
Trying on a sketchier style too huh, it works! Though seems the sketchiness doesn't reach all the way down to the tiles. Looking good though.

i think there was a reason i did that with the bricks, but i suppose it does look a little odd. maybe i had a plan but forgot. idk. Thanks
Classy Mario characters with a twist! The plant in particular looks pretty cool, with lips chapped in a pattern that almost makes it seem reptilian. Snakeskin lips. Nice concept art.
-cd-
Thanks. I totally stole the lip thing from Petey Piranha though.
Well this was definitely a new one. XD Nice one.

Thank you....when choosing a Mario enemy, I saw Chargin' Chuck and was like, yes, that's he one I wanted to see crowned :)
So much going on in this one! :D Love the coordinated chaos of it all, and the comical tone. Nice angle and all.

Thank you so much! This piece was so fun to work on, glad you liked it!
Bowsette looking pretty classy here! And dark and villainous. Love the detail with the hair and horns in particular, and the background. The rest of her dress seems almost too simple in comparison.
-cd-
Thanks for the review! They're kinda hard to come by.
And yeah, the dress is definitely less detailed, sadly, it's cause I don't have a
lot experience in drawing different clothing materials accurately...
But thanks for the review. I really appreciate it!
Hmm not sure I even know which character this is, might need to make for another Mario Marathon some day, but looks like a wooden puppet? Nice work in the texture if that's the case; smooth form too. I feel the background could've been a bit better... or pose? The pink lines just don't make for as perfect a backdrop as it could be.
-cd-
Thanks. The character is Geno, from Super Mario RPG, and he is a wooden puppet.
I have been trying to learn how to make better backdrops. I keep watching videos on color theory but it seems like I forget all of it as soon as the video ends. As for the pose, I was attempting to go for a pose like the crown just landed on her and she hasn't fully processed what happened yet.
A pretty hardcore Bowsetta drawing! Love the style, and clash of characters, bullets a flying, crown a hopping, background pixel art very pixelish when you open up in high-rs but... it works! I feel like the characters almost blend together too much, so it's hard to distinguish one from the other, but otherwise this is great.

thank you nwn
id love to get some suggestions that could help make is so they dont blend too much together, i havent done a lot of painty stuff but id love some more crits and ideas if you would like to share them
