Trying to remember who this character somewhat reminds me of but it's difficult to place. XD Could it be... that shady detective early on in Detective Conan who hides behind shades since his eyes just don't look serious (like this?). Or... maybe even more so like Wadatsumi in One Piece, just subsequently smaller.

Him eating his own foot though... think that's a detail I could live without.

A bit sketchier a style, but the architecture and detail level of it all... still. Awesome. I suppose the haze seems a bit more notable in space, where we're always used to seeing details at the highest definitions these days...
