[Disney Villain Recast Project: Conker as Iago]

The hero that kind of is a villain already. :D Love the main design/transformation, though not sure about that glow... doesn't really fit in IMO.

Thanks, and sorry if the glow is a bit much, I added to the pics so that things that were pitch black could be visible + I thought it would give the pics a bit of an ominous vibe lol

Just struck me that cartoon villains are maybe really more about being villainous through actions than their visual traits... and yet there are certain telltale colors and items that imply a villainous attribute. Certain colors, certain styles, weapons of course...

But with slight alteration they wouldn't be so bad-looking after all. Likable dudes after all.

Nice designs; thorough backstory.

Seems almost like those glasses were meant to be placed a pixel to the right, with the side of the shorter one going around the edge of his face, not on it?

Really like the form here. Reminds me of... something old. Even the colors make it feel like something from the golden era of cartoon.
