It's been okay

Yeah!

Super Smash Brothers is a fighting platafromer game the likes the world had never seen before, and is one of the best things to ever come out of Nintendo! that said, if i write the whole name i think that you will realize: "SSB? oh! but of course i have played that!"

Action movies with aliens, probably? not so sure now though... XD.

Nah, I'm pretty sure I've never played it. I do know it! As far as brawlers go I have some limited memories of Mortal Kombat and Tekken, racing was more my thing for multiplayer.

Oh yeah, plenty of action!

Damn man at least you must have touched the flash adaptations of SSB? and if the answer is still no, then go, grab that emulator and the ROM then give it a fast try (Kirby is my fav there, he rules so much, then Ness, you have to unlock Ness first however, and then Link).

The question now is which kind of action!? DUN DUN DUN!!

Flash adaptions? I'm sure I've seen animations; sprite movies but games... who knows, you don't happen to have any link-to's? Kinda trying to not start gaming right now but I'll add it to my playlist then. :)

You know the light camera action? Like not the shaky cam?

Probably not the best responsible thing to do but here http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/333995

Ah really firm action i see.

Woo, that's pretty cool. Irresponsible as in: it's not like the real thing?

Mhm, reliable firmware bodes for good action!

YEAHHHH!

WOOO!

Irresponsible as in: it will be a distraction that will increase your procrastination XD.

Legal action? most hardcore kind of action.

lol that way, well no problem, when it comes to Flash games I have better discipline! :) The official version is better designed though right? This was fun but the arenas were a bit blocky.

Hardcore like parkour!

Hey, what's the name of that sprite site you linked me to a while ago? Yomtoxic seemed interested....

Do you plan on submitting more vectors here? They are really nice.

Glad you like em! I have a folder I haven't sifted through yet, plenty of stuff I could sort/complete and submit (and I plan to eventually), but I don't do that much drawing nowadays. Maybe in the future!

Oh.

Oh yeah!

Yup, that's the link, thanks so much... can't figure out why I never bookmarked it.

No problem, tis one of those few places I've imprinted in my mind. :) Actually I only remembered VG Resource, but they're all linked... such a great network.

Haha, well one is a flash imitation, that tried to do something, and the other is a game for the N64, that has managed to be loved trough generations, and is probably one of the only reasons why anyone would want to get a Wii U, to be able to play SSB once it comes out, is just that good of a game, not just a fighting game, but an Arena fighting plataformer adventure game!

Juridic parkour!?

I heard Mario Kart wasn't half-bad either. ;)

Idea: Jurassic Parkour!

Mario kart was good, but i liked F-Zero a little way more, at least for single player, multiplayer will always be Mario Kart forte.

How would that even work!?

You've played the Wii-U version? Do you maybe even happen to have it? I loved F-Zero for GC, so much I bought it for GBA (since I didn't have a GC at that time) buuuut the GBA version is gargantuanly garbage. :/ True that.

Dinosaurs doing backflips and stuff? I can see it in my mind; as a movie! The grand sequel! Something new and spectacular! Super special surprise!

F-Zero has a Wii-U version!? didn't even knew about that. I know about the adaptation but didn't know that it had a proper game made for the Wii-U, but even if it has Mario Kart is more fun to play with persons, and that Mario Kart 8 seems really interesting, the big names for the Wii-U are definitively Mario Kart, LoZ, and SSB, and if it happens a good Metroid too.

You should use this cool dinosaur as the main character http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/636760

Ah no - at least not that I know of. I meant Mario Kart. Ah, I'm wondering if Trackmania will make a Wii-U version too, that and Mario Kart would've been my reasons for buying a Wii but with a good PC I feel I don't need any other newer consoles... and I don't like their reliance on always being connected.

Haha, the besterest dinosaur ewar!!

Been online for so long... now I remember seeing VG Resource just over 10 years ago. I was completely out of the production game, so I guess that's why I didn't bookmark it.

You still have your list of bookmarks from ten years passed? Must be a lot of nostalgia in that! I've had a few computer crashes give me a clean slate; lately I just use bookmarks as a sort of todo list.

I got one list imported from an old version of MSIE, but it's not as cool as the list I had before WIN95 wouldn't go online anymore, in 2000. I probably have a few paper and text lists of some of the links I couldn't take with me, or couldn't access when I went offline, not long after I reinstalled WIN95.. a lot of weirdness, that certainly isn't around anymore; fireangel, geocities sites... all gonzo now.

Maybe some are still browsable through the wayback though? As for Geocities: http://archiveteam.org/index.php?title=GeoCities

Never played Trackmania , however i do think i played something similar here, it was one of the first games that got uploaded once NG started to support Unity.

This one? http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/622033

It's not quite like the real thing, but having a Flash version of the game made was pretty awesome. I also played that a while back. Trackmania created a niche of its own in the racing genre in how the tracks were part puzzle and part race, it's a pretty addicting experience; making your own levels is easy so there are tons of those available for variation. Haven't played the Wii version though, just the PC Nations United Forever.

Damn that game, found it while voting for the best of March, it ain't getting my vote too trollish!!!

Haha yeah, it's tricky. :) Kind of like that one level in DooM 2!

Oh interesting, didn't even knew, so far for racing games i played mostly Mario Kart, F-Zero, and another 2 i can't remember, not really a fan unless they have a trick, oh that Hot Wheels game for PS1 when you were able to change terrain from land to air to water, and that is getting cloned with Sonic and Mario lately, that one was really good.

Yeah "tricky" like the clown from madness!

Hmm, the other two: Super Banjo Kazooie Racing? Mickey Mouse Speedway? Waverace? Krazy Kart? Mario Kart, F-Zero, Trackmania, Colin McRae Rally, MegaRace and MotoGP are the titles I have the fondest memories of. Don't think I've tried any Sonic racing though

lmao, no comment, too much clowning around! :P

Definitively played something similar to Waverace but on PC, long long ago, i also played MotoGP on the arcades, when they had those make-believe motorcycles and you ride them, don't know any of those other tittles you mentioned.

Now i remember, Diddy Kong Racing, and the other one was Mid Night Club, man that one was so fresh since it was an open map racing.

No i haven't played Sonic Racing either but i have seen trailers of it, if you ever played Diddy Kong Racing, the that Hot Wheels game i mentioned is similar.

An EA game? Any levels racing through canals in a city? If that's the one I've played it too, though I can't remember the name, twas fun though. Ah yeah, them arcades, I don't recall the names of most of the games I've played there, probably some Sega Rally and V-Rally too, and then some.

Classics! :D Actually haven't played Midnight Club though, as far as I know it's a bit like NFS Underground (the second was open map too). Also Juiced.

Ah, good knowing.

Does the Wayback machine cover much of the previous century? There were a lot of sites that never made it past the year 2000, mostly thanks to the dot com bubble, partially due FBI computer seizures/arrests, a few buyouts, a few hosts that went bankrupt...

Now it makes sense that all the phishers and hackers are in kinda lawless lands like Africa, and the worst of the lot, are working for their respective governments :| Then there's this http://www.nationaljournal.com/tech/republicans-fear-obama-will-let-russia-seize-internet-power-20140402

Supposedly it's been archiving sites since 1996... I don't think I know any obscure sites from that time to check up on though. Maybe you do?

Though it's ironic the US would speak about freedom of the net being threatened, things could definitely get worse if Putin started taking over. A nonprofit group sounds like good news, just hope they don't get corrupt.
