Aaand this is one wild self-portrait! Nicely shaded, outlined and everything. Seems to radiate an aura of creative craze with that crazy gaze. :)

A mighty guardian! Nice work!

That shadow by her lip could be taken for a scar more than a shadow, so dark it breaks apart the skin, but I do like the contrast of color otherwise, how it's all framed in by shade. A stylish portrait overall!

This is some real Marvel style artwork! Gritty, dark, detailed and flawlessly outlined. Nice line work!

Hmm those robotic race-cars don't really seem to fit in with the era? Reference to some game/movie/other I don't know about maybe? Also, the lines between the difference pieces could blend together better I think, at first it's almost like it's the same image, as if it's a curtain of light waving in on a dark world, with the underworld war ravaging below. Drawing's look good, but they could be patched together a bit better I think. Keep it going!

Thanks for your opinion. and I agree they could be patched together a bit better. But the robotic race-cars and the robots aren't suppose to fit with the time period. I drew this for Jazza's challenge of the month which was ancient vs futuristic. so I have ancient warriors aided by Athena and Ares fighting robots and tanks(robotic race-cars), and the warriors' are winning. Thanks again

That crazy 80's color. XD The background pattern reminds me a bit of those patterns they have on seats on the subway, or hospital/daycare walls, abstract enough to camouflage all kinds of dirt and... stuff. Pretty simple character sketch overall, but it looks good! Smooth line work.

Such a symbolic picture! :D Warm, beautiful... tragic too. Very nice.

Thank you very much! :D
Looks like that droid is getting an advantage, sneaking up on her like that! Visually, it's great, though the intensity of battle doesn't really shine through, there is a notion of speed in her stride, and yet it feels like they're frozen in a motion somehow. I guess the blur on her left hand should really break that illusion but... there's just something very ambient about it, despite the stance, the brewing intent, the color of action. Looks good though! Nice contrast of colors; vivid background work.

Thank you so much! And I understand what you mean about the intensity not shining through. I've been trying to work on that, even asking people what I can do but it's just something everyone seems to be stuck on. It's something everyone can see wrong but don't really know how to fix. I've tried adding blur in other places but it only sees to make it look weird.
But thank you so much on your comments and critique, if you can think of anything I can fix to improve it, please don't hesitate to let me know! :D
A mixture of so many mythical beasts! :D Angelic, demonic, bird-like, turtle-like, with attire that seems partially fetched from some ancient civilization and partially from the future. Interesting character!

Thanks; I'm glad you think so!
I really like the shifts of color in this, and the splatter-like shattered image of the main character... wonder how this is made? Looks almost like real paint for the character? Is it digital? Is that a special brush maybe? Either way, it's a really cool effect, and a bright background texture that fits well.

Glad you like it! I have your answer in two versions: a short one, and a long one.
The short one is: I applied multiple random effects on the original work (check out "Steel Tower") with an app called "PicsArt" on my mobile.
The long version is:
As I was drawing the shield that was supposed to be a fist only first but somehow that kept ending up looking really, really retarded so I decided to draw a shield to cover up my failure etc. ahem anyway I was drawing but because I kept failing big time I decided to take a break (a break that is still valid btw. And I made this about... 2 months ago? =_=). During that break, I was semi-upset with my sketch because it wasn't finished so I impulsively tried to fancy it up a little bit with an app on my mobile I've downloaded a very long time ago but rarely/never used, PicsArt. I uploaded my drawing, went to effect, "shit happened", which includes throwing in sun flares like it's a MLG montage (notice the glowing eyes), and BAM, this was the result.
So yeah, there you have it xD -elf-
