Really soft and alive-looking portrait this one. Wise eyes and silky fur... it's all surprisingly vivid. Only part thatlooksslightly out of place is probably the mouth. Fantastic work though.

Believe it or not, that was a quirk of the dog. Her lower lip was huge and stuck out like that. Thanks for the review!
Really radiating colors around these two main characters! Stylish presentation of the Deadpool duo, and Harley looks a lot less psychotic than usual too. Nice work.

I wanted to go for something more calm that's why she's less psycho :P
At a first glance, the crater seemed like part of his hand, outstretched, held there in waiting for... a manifestation of energy, maybe? Turns out that wasn't the motive at all though. XD The dark background frames in the motive nicely, a scene of perceivable power and (lack of) patience. Nice work.

Really cozy character combo here. :) That blood(I assume)splattered heart in the background is a pretty stark contrast to the scene, but then again all serious things are written in blood right. :P Smooth; stylish piece. Good luck with the contest!

Such an awesome fish. I love the sketchy style; the glow of it all. Also the contrast between blue and orange, the patterns, the ambient background bubbles and algae... really peaceful piece overall, and the sketchy line-work just adds to that impression. Nice work!

Thanks! It was a little different from what I normally do, Im hoping to make upload some character designs soon with a similar style.
Nice character art. As for alternatives, I wouldn't know how they compare to sketchbook, which I've never tried, but I hear good things about GIMP and Paint.NET (both free).

Simple, stylish; with just the right amount of splatter. Looks good.

A slick rendition of that classic character. Also interesting how the angled text makes it seem like the whole background rectangle is at an angle. Nice work!

Nice shield! Symmetrical; neat in detail, in glow, and spacing, and even strings that feel natural. I like the work with the feathers in particular. Overall it looks flawless, though, it's not entirely centered in that circle. Keep up the good work!
