[The Coming of Cthulhu]

With those round eye, and maybe lack of sharp features (except a few veiled teeth), it somehow doesn't seem very menacing, that big green squiggly thing! Looks interesting though; interesting backstory.

Yeah, I'm not 100% satisfied with Cthulhu's design himself. Lovecraftian monsters can be challenging to design particularly because they're supposed to be so terrible to look at. Thanks for the crit!

Point being... the educational system turns is such a standardized process today it turns us into machines rather than teaching us anything of real value; how to live and be a human being; growing our personalities? That the promise of graduation is an empty void? That it's a tiresome business for which the reward is without merit? A combination maybe? Plenty to identify with there, and a somber setting. Looks good.

Not a bad piece, though bit basic, without shading or detail. I think fur would add a lot in particular.

Aand here's the redrawn version! Can definitely see the improvements, on the sane and character in particular. Nice work on the re texturing and detail! Feels like the dunes have a bit sharp a contrast (considering they're sand, and there's wind), and the gate's a bit weirdly angled, but overall it looks great, and a lot like the game too.

It's a good start! XD Clean, crisp and colorful. Bit fuzzy coloring though. I think using layers, with colors on one, and outlines on another would make it easier to fill the shapes... if you're not doing that already. Looks good.

Always cool how the clouds seem to form shapes... but this looks more like something shaped like a cloud. :) Nice sketch.
