Really like this one! The main character as well as the stormy water behind her, though the breadth of the background feels a bit off; how she's sitting on a wave, and still reaching so far in front of her with that foot. Strong face, beautiful character, and an empowering glow/ray of light in the background. Powerful and beautiful!

A morbid, but fascinating piece. Really likethe shift of colors on her dress, and the soft water-colored shade in contrast to the madness. Her hair seems a bit wry, and head a bit wide, but otherwise it all feels proportionate. Realistically dark blood, too. Nice (though that's an ironic term :P) work!

Wow, thanks! I was going for somehow sweet but twisted feel. I'm gonna work more on hair next time. Thank you!
Looks like a more organic hybrid than most of these, as if the Beedrill is actually sitting inside of Muk; poking through the slime to control his cage... yeah, pretty much like you describe it! What a contrast between the 'possession' and the flowery background too. Creative idea!

Thanks man, I appreciate this!
...and the final piece! Looking good!

Thank you :)
Always interesting to see the underlying process like this. Nice progression.

An impressively realistic portrait! Even as a WIP it looks great, though wonder whatever happened to the final piece? Would be cool to see and compare!

Pretty interesting sketchy style, it's like it brings forth the 'intensity' in the character. Blue glow adds a lot of atmosphere too. Pretty serious piece!

Definitely looking pretty evil there! A sinister expression, and nice contrast between the red and the blue eyes too. They really glow.

Now this was a pretty eerie-looking portrait! O_o I like how it's framed in by the darkness too, yellow and old and eerie, yet full of life as well. Looks good.
