That she does! :D An instantly likable, cheerful, charismatic and nefariously nice, nameless OC! Somehow the overly flowery speech bubbles and dazzling glow, gloss, sparkle; all that doesn't feel like too much either, just comes across as genuinely happy. Nice introductory piece!

Feels like it'd look a lot better without the white background. I understand it's a work in progress, but maybe in your icon you could crop that out, or add some green? Looks good, though unfinished.

For scenes like this, the sketchy style almost works! Just maybe... a bit more refined strokes? It's a start.
