The facial scribbles hmm... not sure about those, but as for the rest of the character design it's looking good! Good texture and smooth line-work. Definitely a character with character too.

appreciate it! I had another one where the medals weren't at the forefront and it just didn't work as well. Them being presented like this definitely helped out with the idea. glad that you like him!
