Seems like the detail level with these keeps increasing, and appreciatively different scene too, though the embrace hmm... I wonder why it's so one-sided. Expressions hidden too. Hard to read if it's a beginning or a farewell...

Maybe that ambiguity's intentional though? If so the scene really works in its favor too. Intriguingly unreadable... but beautiful work.

The ambiguity is kinda intentional. i wanted people to decide for themselves whether this was a goodbye, a confession, or just the guy saying something that made the girl want to cling on to him.

For some reason I thought this'd be related to One Piece. :) Such a well-working brush style to go with this concept though... he looks refined but not fine at all. Really interesting effects.

A shady looking pastor if ever there was one... deceptively blue eyes, all seeing all over too... intriguing design. You do get curious about the character.
