That blood splatter was definitely an unexpected touch! :D Silky smooth (though almost too shiny with the velvet in particular, if that is velvet?) tone and texture and plenty of detail... background looks like the rise of day after a long battle, when everything starts looking brighter, as if I'd know what such a moment looks like... it's one for the movies though!
