Creative forms on the horns, and external ribcage (?), and eightball and all... a lot of symbolism here that makes you stop up and ponder a bit. I relate the background color and shoes with star logo to Homestuck but as for the rest... is there additional reference I might be missing?

Dope character art though. Classy and clean. And open arms like you're... embracing fate? With the eightball and all hmm, wonder if that's it...
