From the top down it's a wonderful work of art. Looks just the original, if not better, the brush is refined and sketchy at the same time. Love the way it just runs down at the bottom, it's symbolic. Very stylish with the black and white and elements of red, just like the original! You should draw the game covers, it would be much cooler than the current one. Great work!

Does this say something, or is it just a bunch of letters packed together with a strange kitten and various otherly items? It's a nice piece, the thick outline on the shapes help define them, and all the patches of color are great decor, it's interesting to look at. Nice one!

Yay! Boobies! :D The message would be obvious even without the caption, but the way it's enforced makes it all the more comical. As for the white lines on the edges, have you tried the magic wand? I mean, the tool called the magic wand, it gets rid of edges pretty well with the right sensitivity setting. Otherwise, a lot of manual labor with the eraser does the job. Nice art otherwise, keep it up!

Have you noticed there's no rating panel outside the main art portal? So you can skip those 'Vote 5' comments. :) As for the art itself, it looks good! Though I prefer your style without dark lines (imagine how awesome this would've looked without them!) the shading and lighting and shapes is all nicely done. Also a character duo you don't see very often, if ever. Maybe the first of its kind here at nG? :P eep it going!

Now this looks awesome, comparing to your older work its a whole new level! The lack of lines doesn't make the character stand out less, Pikachu looks as dimensional as he can get in this one, great work with the light and shading, also nice effect on the grass. It looks so fuzzy and soft. Not to mention the stars that's he's apparantely trying to reach. I like his confounded gaze. Keep it going!

I wanted to try something new it. I've been getting better using a mouse when it came to digital drawing.. so THIS appeared.
I was pretty lazy to actually detail the grass and stuff, I just brushed, water blended, and blurred. -_-
^ ^ lol.. and pikachu isn't reaching for the star... it's a yellow lighting bug. :)
Is this a 3d model? Looks great, good shape and shading! The dark blue ocean in the background looks a bit dark, and in smaller size it's like a line across the background, how about a less ovious shade? Apart from that, looks great! Nice one.

Ah, sorry for such a late reply. Never did check back here. Yes it is a 3D model.
The darkness is being caused by an effect used within the program. It also causes the slight blur effect you see here. I have since stopped using it.
Always nice with the conceptual deliverance of emotional artism by a prime example of NG artificial intelligence . :) Nice fire!

Intentional banditt typo? As for the art, looks like an appreciable main character, reminds me of Hamtaro or something: his evil glare is just petrifyingly... cute, lmao. Background and character look great, but the title is a bit plain, and it would probably look better centered, or in one or two lines instead of three. Will you be posting the comic here? Keep it going!

the comic for the bad banditt is in pre production progress it is not a typo, there is 2 t's for double the terror he strikes, i am open to suggestions, i will be realeasing all 3 comics "Hat Boy, The Bad Banditt, and Cookie Wars the first issue for free, i will try to publish all three in stores after the first issues so be on the look out, hatboy will be out soon
Haha, random comment much? Apart from the character eyes somehow looking very old and serious in this drawing (on second though, all the facial features probably have something do do with it) this pixelish interpretation of Link and... I forget her name, looks great! Especially the shading in their faces is detailed and simple at the same time, working with squares like this to do detail work must be a challenge. I guess there is no gradient for light gry or similar on the palette since the blotches of white are all white, like the Peach/Mona Lisa one? It would look good with some more color where theres only white, but apart from that, nice work!

I'm glad it had that impression on you, because the original is a pretty somber piece too. Link & Zelda hahaha :] The constant checking to see if each square fits the right color does get tedious, but I'm glad I had a wider color palette this time. Still strict on the palette though; their sprites, at least from FS/FSA, didn't have greys, again. My guess as to why greys are so left out is that, along with visual limitations, the designs for most characters are meant to be vibrant. But I'm glad you still liked it.

Nice. Pretty creative style too, haven't seen anything like it before. I'm wondering what program you use to make something like this, and how? Surely it's not as it look, that it's really made up entirely of dots, or is it? When you say neogeo, are you referring to that old console?? Keep it going!

Well, while (as I learned AFTER I did this) there are admittedly MUCH easier ways of doing this, I used Adobe Illustrator to create each dot, duplicate, and then create a grid (with the align tools). Each dot is it's own object, so the only thing that isn't a dot is the black background. Oh and by neogeo I mean Newgrounds. Some work doesn't seem to fit the Newgrounds vibe. I suppose that's just the way it is.
