[Better Than Nothing]

A lot better than a whole lot of other somethings too! Really nice mesh of colors, and an interesting set of patterns in the background too. It's creepy, but still not dark, artistic and interesting. Nice work!

[The Artful Dodger]

If I didn't know this was a painting, it'd be easy to mistake for a photo with a filter. The fur on the cat is particularly realistic. It looks like you're using brushes for blotches of fur (?) rather than individual strands, but it works well, the colors blend together nicely as does the overall texture. Especially the back and top of head looks perfect, and the eye really glitters until you zoom in (looking closely that border around the eye gives it away) but the 'beard' feels unnaturally large or brushy when compared to the rest of the cat. The left eye is so hidden it almost seems forgotten, until you zoom in. I guess this might have something to do with how the fur on the eyelid floats together perfectly with the rest of the face. I wonder if it does this in reality too?

The covers and wall look good, but they aren't quite as realistic as the critter. Lines and shades are all fuzzy here, and it's clear that parts a painting. Looks good though, and sorry about the cat. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for your review. The cat had only one eye in life as it was surgically removed due to a rather nasty infection that occurred before we found him. Yet I will keep your critique in mind when working with fur.

Woo, for a first picel work it's not bad at all! Those clouds look a a bit too scattered somehow, maybe too few gradients? Wonder how some lighter greY7white would look? But the mountain is great, that part of it looks perfect. Good form. Keep it going!

Green glow? Is that normal? It looks good though, nice glow, nice shading, nice eyelash and glass and everything. You've got an eye for this sort of art! :P

Pretty cool! Wonder what program you used to make this? Background would've been awesome with the traditional NG rays in white/orange btw. Nice work!

Pretty cool effects! I like the glow around the different characters, and how the outline color matches the glow. As for the shadow... wonder how darker outlines would've looked? Anyway, this is a detailed work, nice work on both characters and scenery. The sketchy style is fluid and just neat enough. Hmm, those eyebrows on the moon look a bit odd. :P Keep it going!

Santa looks tough! :D Well I guess you've got to have some superhuman strength if you deal out presents all over the world huh? Nice character art, nice background, a bit unrealistic snow (too big!) and glow (too much?). Keep it going!

lmao, what A Christmassy artwork. :D Love the symmetry in this, that evil glow, the skull design is awesome, the shading is nice, the sketchy style looks good. There's really no flaw except that contrast between green and purple. Keep it going!
