its funny, whenever people announce when someone reaches a multiple of 100 fans, whether it be through a newspost or quietly through a comment, there always seems to instantly be another or two added toward their fanbase total as if it's some "bonus" prize for reaching a certain amount :P
Yeah, I noticed the same thing around 200, no idea why even numbers tempt people to follow but whatever it is I do appreciate it. :) Might have more to do with how I just collaborated on a Flash Library submission and started posting more actively at the BBS though...

If you look at them in black and white they're all just different shades of gray. :/ I don't know who I'll vote on, don't like the current regime, but I don't like most of the competition either. The parties with the best ideas are the smallest ones with the least chance of winning, so voting on those wouldn't make a difference either.
That's one thing I hate about politics. Instead of actually doing good most politicians only care about "looking good". Can't be to different because then you might risk to alienate some voters.
Yeah, it's become more of a game to win the elections than to actually make a change. Every time it's the same false hopes and promises, and yet people don't react! I wonder if there'll ever be an improvement with anything short of revolution, but I'm not sure I'd like that happening either.
If they could cut down political payouts drastically, maybe even make them less than that of a regular worker, maybe people would seek the position for other reasons than privilege or power. Maybe there are some who intend to do more than leave a mark, but I honestly can't see any decision the past decade that's positively effected the country as a whole, they keep dealing with small problems and entertaining innovations rather than the brewing discontent and future.

I feel... like I've accomplished something I cannot fully comprehend, like I'm not sure if this is a merit or not, like I wish I wouldn't have left for RG for a year back when I most active... since that site's disappeared now... and how I could've been the top reviewer if I didn't stop reviewing for a few years, and how so much has changed since I signed up, and I wonder if I'll be this active the decade to come. :P
