The book never did get published, I'm not even sure which one I was writing when I posted this particular post, as I have a few of them lying around unfinished at this point. Other projects came in the way aaaand this thing didn't happen! Could be a cool project to start again though, whenever I muster up the motivation to do this seriously again...
