Urr, got a little ahead of myself.. . It's too hard to explain it all :\

Hmm

Take off that hat mang

Aw man, Christmas is over already?!

In the US, it's okay to leave up xmas stuff, 2 weeks or 15 days afterwards. Very few people do Easter displays anymore.

15 days after the 13th? When does Christmas officially end over there? Easter hmm, we celebrate mostly with food, hang up old hand-painted (old as in: painted when I was little) hollowed-out eggshells on budding Birch twigs and put up colorful yellow curtains. It's more of a celebration for Spring than Easter... the damp dirt ground finally warming up, sprouting life after a long cold winter! :D

most blogging systems arrange their comments in ascending order by date, most social network sites that aim for "micro-discussion" have their comments arranged in the opposite order. So this new format is probably more appropriate although it feels unusual right now.

First time I read this comment I just bookmarked the post page, planned to respond a while later, didn't fully understand what you were talking about... but damn, old comments first?! This can't be the future. O_O It seems like the logical order, but not the relevant one at all... first impression was actually that I'd been hacked again, someone purposefully purging all my newer comments. Shock. Wonder. Relief. Hmm... don't know if I like this change...

15 days after the 25th of December, is when X-mas stuff gets taken down... but that was 'Emily Post' back in the 20th century, maybe some stores and rich families still adhere to that...

I'm really not liking this reversed comment order |: Tom really 'jumped the shark' with this one

Ah, that's the same as us then. January 13 is the official day to throw out the Christmas tree over here, according to Christian tradition, but most people don't really abide by those traditional dates. The norm, new world reform, seems to be that Christmas is over with the year.

Yeah, having to browse to the bottom of the page, or to the last page, and then the bottom, to get to the newest comment... not very time-efficient!

Lol, I'm creating a foment

Hmm, a formal torment of feedback. :) Nice initiative!

Tom's new comment format is just another step in the gradual change from NewGrounds to SocialGrounds (as I predicted)

And yet it's not like it's making socializing any easier..

gud j0b

thx

Dang, I just realized that I left you a review that also said that I was doing a Google Drive project similar to NG Levels 2014. Well, here that is:
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1b3Ngil3ddcTCMakF4xwg4kJGjdbd9U9x3WVALcE2zXE/edit?usp=sharing

Ahh, so that's how it'd work! I like the easy navigation, but the overall layout feels a little... messy. Are you taking screenshots of all these levels btw, when they appear with a specific aura? Or screenshots of your own level as you move upwards? Seems like a lot of work!

Thanks for sending the link btw! Hope my brutal honesty in layout messiness isn't dissuading in any way. :P As a designer I just get pedantic about grids n' stuff.

I'll keep my fingers up and my thumbs crossed.

dude Cyberbob RULES!!!

Dude thanks Dude! :)

BRING GHANDI BACK

THAT'D BE SUPER!

For the levels thing, the flashlight one IS Wade, the Dia de los Muertos is Luis. Can't think of who the green one could be. Since Stamper and MIndchamber aren't on there anymore I'd say it'd have to be Tim. Or one of the other two.
Also Squidbit made their own "rainbow" aura.

You can find more stuff here.

I also managed to get this out of the portal. So...yay me ._.

Useful info, thanks! Updated the file now, going to upload in a minute. I added Squidbit's custom aura too, might give a few users something to wonder about. :)

Thanks for the links as well, though I've saved his newspost since earlier, and I scraped the NG pages for layout elements even before that. He links to the resources via their source location so if they get changed/removed they're gone. :/ Skimming through a few of the ones I'm not sure I have, it looks like there are some dead links already. Like the Starbarians promo. Wonder if he's saved all of that stuff locally hmm...

Btw, if you use FireFox you can right click on any page and view 'page info/properties' (I'm not using the English language so not sure exactly what it says), browse to the 'media' tab aaaand there you'll have a list of all media on the page, easy to browse through and view/download. It lists images, flash, audio, etc, pretty much all media that isn't embedded via JS or some odd method it doesn't recognize (like the .mp3 files in the audio portal, but they can all be found via page source... if they can't be downloaded directly). There's probably something similar in most browsers if you use another.

c-check the hip hop folder

Ch-checking... and it's kinda out of sync man. :/ The pace fits, but it starts a bit off, and my rhythm's a bit more noticeably off with the beat to back it. Though I love that beat, spacey... illusionary, mysteriously atmospheric... think you could upload as is? I could probably record this same thing over it with the right rhythm, or do something new. Was actually searching the portal for some ambient music with a beat like this a few days ago (and found nothing!).

yeah I know it doesn't really sync, it was mostly just to show how I felt the beat and your rhythmic elements in that particular track would (supposedly) mesh well together. anyway, uploaded! Feels a little sparse without the vocals, but I like how the space leaves good room for vocals. Btw I found your secret music section lol

Awesome. :) Will see what I can do! Hmm the 'secret' music section... can't be the 'music' section can it?! O_o

no it's not, because the music button just leads to a bunch of links...the other one leads to all the music files you've posted on your website such as the classic "Lou Lou Lou Louieeee!"

The 'view all' category archive at /music/? :P It just lists each track as an individual post for potential linking, tagging, etc, though since not everything's part of a collection there's definitely some exclusives! The 'Loui' classic is part of Project Jenkees though. Haha man, got me listening through some old tracks... and I'm really starting to understand why some people choose to remove their older work!! Not that I ever will, but still. Hopefully hilarious future values fo rizzle.

Ronald Jenkees huh...that's a name I haven't heard in a while. Like late 2000s. I prefer when he was doing his cool keyboard improvs while pretending he had a mental disability on YouTubes over his hip hop albums though.

what about remix of a remix of a remix...where you inebriated

Them days! I've stayed tuned to his newer released, but do like the old ones better, new is much smoother and composed somehow, doesn't feel like it has the same creative spark as the first two.

Haha, I'm never inebriated! On life maybe. :P Might actually have been a freestyle that one.

JJ JJ

JJ JJ?

they now have Google+ and Facebook integration. One step closer to SocialGrounds (as I predicted).

The prophecy's come true! :D

Congrats! And...

Noooo! YOU SHOOT THE MOON!!!

Thanks! And...

Haha, I didn't think anyone would notice. ;)
